It was great to have a small kitchen and all the rooms have a balcony. Best of all they happily accomodated our bikes in secure storage that was also easily accessible. Staff was friendly and the optional breakfast was good

10 days at citadine

We enjoyed most everything, beds were fine, having a kitchen was great, breakfast was good, 24 hr coffee machine and sparkling water also. Not fancy, but with a great staff and location, it was great for us

Spacious room

Location directly at a tram stop is excellent. But it is easybwalking to the old town and the train station Room could do with a coat of paint but ovetall comfortable stay. The kitchenette is a great feature.

Good place to stay downtown, at walking distance from the heart of Montpellier (polygone, place de la comedie). The air conditioning was not working very well, and we were hot. The bed and sofa was not super comfortable but otherwise okay for a couple of nights.

Very handy placement for both new and old town. Helpful staff. Good to have a garden to use. We have been to the hotel previously over a few years and can see it is in need of a bit of a spruce up. Personally I would like to see a hand basin in the toilet, but that’s a small detail.

Good location

We stayed for 12 days and were very happy with our apartment/room---very convenient with a small covered market over the road, and many shops nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a small laundromat in the basement, which is useful. Unfortunately right now the tram line in from of the hotel is not operating, but ti should be back in a few months we're told.

Typical family place.

Citadines is our traditional place to stay in Montpellier due to its great location and free parking. Rooms can accommodate a family of different number of members. It is also useful to have own kitchen and shared laundry if you stay more than a couple of nights. Tram stop is nearby and the tram is the best transport solution for Montpellier.

I have experienced several appart'hotels in Montpellier but this one is exceptional compared to others. Good value for money. They are "generous" because they offer several things for free like coffee and tea, and everything you need in the room is offered (trash bags, dishwasher tabs, Toiletries, etc.) Best thing about this hotel is that Leon Blum Gare is just under the hotel. I will definitely book there again.

I think it was an ok stay overall. The place was clean but I believe it can be updated. Feels a bit old. There was an issue with the toilet and safe but the hotel clerks made alternative arrangements to take care of the inconvenience.

Room was not clean and very run down, it was very noisy both outside and inside the building but was advertised as soundproofed, water pressure was non existent when hot water used in shower, marketing photos for room category were very deceptive, staff were unfriendly and rude. We moved out of accommodation to another hotel
