Good location. Quiet and comfortable

We had an apartment for five nights. The hotel had comfortable beds, more space than a hotel room and a spacious bathroom. The hotel is in a great location for Christmas markets and the staff were very helpful. Also was in a quiet area.

Fantastic location and well set out rooms!

We hopped across from Netherlands and stayed 2 nights with our 2 kids. The rooms were great the pull out coach for the boys you could split into beds and the master room had a door to close yourself in for a peaceful sleep. Location is brilliant only a 5min walk to main dining and shopping and the impressive Dom. Felt safe and secure in a clean modern apartment style suite.

Perfect hotel for Koln

The area was close to the station and shopping district. The room was 10 times better than we expected, with kitchen facilities and quite spacious! Me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommended this hotel to anyone.

great location close to city centre

The Aparthotel was excellently located a short walk from the city centre and Cologne Cathedral. Our apartment was clean, fresh and modern. The only issues were that we could not access the wifi after entering our room (due to the range) and the fold up bed wasn't the most comfortable (I didn't have a problem but my husband thought it was an issue). When we checked in we received a friendly welcome and a map for the city, however when we went down to discuss the Internet issue the desk attendant (a different man) advised it was because of the side of the building we were on and showed little care or willingness to offer any suggestions and shrugged us off. This did taint my view of their level of customer service after first experiencing a warm welcome. All in all we had a great stay and would use the hotel again.

Super location

Aparthotel Adagio is easily accessible with public transport. Only 2 stops by bus from Central railway station. S-bahn station Poststrasse (direct trains to Dom, Zoo, Phantasialand etc.) - 5 min walking along Blaubach street.

great location, very close to the centre of Koln.

The hotel is located just around the corner from the end of a very busy pedestrian street lined with shops, this street leads you all the way to the cathedral at the other end. there are countless places to eat out very close to the hotel. the hotel is brand new, really pleased with everything. I am travelling with a group of 3 other guys and this hotel was perfect. my only problem was that we booked a 4 single bed room and they gave us one large double bed and a couch with a detachable futon. but, no other complaints.

Loved this self catering hotel.

Friendly helpful staff, great accommodation, close to city and all amenities, i.e. supermarket, restaurants, bus and train station s just a short taxi ride away. Even though hotel is situated on a busy road, double or triple glazing and air conditioning meant a quiet, peaceful stay. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, sehr nah am Zentrum. Als Parkmöglichkeit dient ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Tagestarif 27€). Das Zimmer selbst ist geeignet, wenn man lediglich eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen benötigt. Auf den ersten Blick sah das Zimmer sehr modern aus. Auf den zweiten Blick fallen aber dann Dinge auf wie dreckiges Küchengeschirr, eine nicht funktionierende Nachttischlampe, eine stinkende Spülmaschine, ein ungewaschenes Geschirrtuch. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist nur auf das Nötigste begrenzt und keine 22€ wert. Zusammengefasst: ein grundsolides Hotel, bei dem man nicht allzu hohe Erwartungen haben darf.

Lage sehr zentral, ca. 10 min Fußweg bis zur Innenstadt/Rhein. Zimmer war für unser empfinden etwas überheizt, leider konnte man das nicht individuell einstellen. Im Februar ohne Decke zu schlafen fanden wir schon etwas unnötig. Fenster auf leider keine Option, weil zu laut. Straßenlärm hat man bei zuem Fenster aber kaum wahr genommen, hat weder Nachts noch Tags gestört. Wasserdruck in der Dusche leider nicht sehr stark, hätte für mich etwas mehr Wasser rauskommen können. Auch hatten wir nur 2 ganz kleine Handtücher, keine großen Duschtücher. Das war schon komisch, gerade weil ich lange Haare hab und eigentlich 2 große Tücher alleine benötige. Wir haben uns damit aber arrangiert und nicht an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ging auch mal 2 Tage so. Kann also nicht sagen ob wir noch welche bekommen hätten oder ob es wirklich keine gibt. Im Foyer gibt es rund um die Uhr kostenlos Kaffee, aber nur zu dort Trinken, darf man nicht mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Personal beim Check in war super und alles klappte reibungslose und schnell. Für's Wochenende wars vollkommen ok.

Great hotel!

This was a very well situated hotel in a lovely city. The hotel is very comfy and the staff were all keen to make sure we had a good time. The free tea and coffee was a nice touch. Staying in an apartment/hotel meant we could have three of us in the same place much more conveniently than if we were in two different hotel rooms.
