4 days in Berlin

We enjoyed our second stay at this hotel. We selected this hotel as it has parking and is at a great location for us. The hotel was very comfortable and staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Close to the underground, shopping and sights.

Don’t stay here unless it’s all you can afford

Hotel is filthy and old, with rude staff on the counter and people loitering all throughout, including right outside of your room. We booked a superior room and once we got in realised there must have been a mistake as our room was a dump. Tiny, no where near the size listed on the Expedia website. The carpet in the room was heavily stained; it looked like someone had recently vomited down the side of our bed. There was not enough room for my partner and I to both open our suitcases. We called reception to ask about the room and see if another was available, the staff weee rude and useless. No help at all. I asked if theee were any upgrades available as we had booked for 4 nights. She said flat no, though when I checked the website and Expedia there were better rooms available right throughout our stay. We stayed one night and left. It was hot and noisy, unclean and we felt uncomfortable there. Even the breakfast wasn’t good. They would not refund me my 3 nights I was not prepared to stay and said I had to go through Expedia for my refund. What a waste of time and holiday ruiner.

Good clean accommodation in Berlin Central

Very handy to public transport, restaurants and Berlin attractions. There were parking facilities at the hotel for 17euro/day in an area with very little parking available. The check in/out process was painless and efficient.

Very very average hotel.

Furnishings are badly in need of an update. Staff could practice smiling and being more welcoming. When asked to please print our flight tickets, we were told : send me an email and I'll do it - with very little grace. Internet costs around 12 euro per day (but 30 mins free per day) All our other (cheaper) hotels around europe had unlimited free wi-fi. Only hotel we stayed in that didn't have any English channels save for BBC news and CNN news.

Good location U-bahn ZOO

Very nice hotel, there was no free space in the underground garage,but thgere was planty of outside in a good price. The location was also great about 3 min from the underground and the zoo.

Wyndham Berlin Hotel

The hotel was clean and fresh, very near the train station. staff at the reception were not so helpful with directions. WIFI was free only for 20 minutes for the day.

Verlängertes Wochenende in Berlin

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles in ordentlichem Zustand. Das Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig und gut sortiert. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Der Kuhdamm ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso die Stationen der S- und U- Bahn und der übrige Nahverkehr.

Location was good with easy access to S bahn and U bahn. Rooms were poorly maintained and were not very clean. Cramped quarters but adequate is not planning on staying in the room for any extended time. Air conditioning did not work but windows would open. Staff unresponsive to requests on multiple occasions.
