There was so little parking that it should not be included as available. The only option is to pay a 3rd party via a really bad app, when many international tourists don’t have access. It’s too late once yourve booked and committed online

Great location near airport, near some restaurants and grocery shops. We got the room called Apartment, Accessible (Studio) Room which was good size with queen/double bed, washer/dryer combo, dish washer, microwave and electric cook top. There was sky tv with 5 sky channels unlocked. The major downside to this hotel is they only have limited free parking available on premises. Once these are occupied then you have to pay for parking for overnight roughly $10. Such a shame when travelling with elderly or baby you have to drop them and then go drive around to pay parking area.

Great for exploring Queenstown Area

This is the third time we've stayed here and it has been brilliant every time. We always booked a suite, which gives you more space and facilities. Small kitchenette, washer and dryer, dining table, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly and happy to help with any needs. The hotel is not actually in Queenstown but is very close to the airport with shops located only a few minutes away by car. Queenstown is about a 15 minute drive. Parking is a bit limited at the hotel, with spaces marked for hotel use. Using any other spaces will result in a fine or a tow. We never had an issue with parking, but if you arrive home late you might have to use paid parking in an adjacent lot. We find the hotel is the perfect base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding area.

Didn’t like the car parking arrangement. You can definitely improve this. Also we were locked out of the hotel on our second night. The booking was wrong. Duty manager sorted it out quickly which was good.

There was only like 6-7 spots for everyone. Be prepared to park behind the hotel everyday and pay for parking. And it is about 15-20 minutes drive from the city centre but close to the airport.

There were insufficient parking spot in front of the hotel so if you are not lucky? then you will need to park paid parking area. Except that the view from the hotel gate at the sunset time was amazing.

Amazing views from room however thats it

Check in was "interesting". There was 3 people at reception but they seemed to be busy doing something and we had to wait a while to be served. Once we had checked in and went to the room (we were told one of the rooms was still getting cleaned), we found that the rooms wasn't ready (mind you this was around 4.30pm) and didn't have 2 x single beds (although we had requested for it and even confirmed by messages). In the end they moved us to a different floor and rooms. One of the room doors had to be forced closed each time as it seemed to be a bit broken. Dishes were still in the dishwasher when we got into the room as well. We came back on day 3 (of a 4 day booking) and our key card didn't work. Went to reception and they thought we only had a 3 day booking so had checked us out. How that could happen is beyond me as we stay in hotels quite often and this is the first time we have experienced this.Parking is limited but there's paid parking available ($10 per day). Views from the room is amazing though (if you have booked a mountain view room). Cleaners and reception needs some work to ensure that their guest are looked after.

This was a great room for a longer term stay. Cooking, dishwasher and clothes washer available in room. Although located out of town, was close to airport with a spectacular view of the Remarkables and the location was great to avoid the traffic congestion in town. Parking is limited, but we were lucky enough to get onsite parking each day of our stay. Worst case scenario, there is paid parking directly behind the hotel for a reasonable cost $10. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the facilities provided.
