Quite a nice hotel, with a good modern and fresh feel. The rooms were nice and spacious, clean and facilities were fine. Breakfast was good too, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of Kiruna with walking distance to the centre of town. The biggest issues for me were there was no air-conditioning in the room, with the only option for air flow being to have the window open continuously. Also, there were no tea and coffee making facilities, but at least there was a coffee machine downstairs. Thankfully the curtains did a good job blocking the midnight sun, though there was still some light, it wasn't bad at all, and I slept quite well. I'd stay here again when I come back to town.

A Good Base for Aurora Chasing

Stayed for 2 nights in March 2017. The room (501, single) was small but clean and comfortable and warm. Had a view of the town centre and the snow covered mine. I had a car and drove out to the Ice Hotel and Abisko to see the Northern Lights, but this was a good base.

Amazing trip to the arctic circle

this is a handily located hotel in the centre of town. good clean and scandy style rooms. reception staff a little unkeen to help and a bit aloof. if you want to eat out on a friday or saturday or most likely any night make sure you book as everywhere will be booked out if not. breakfast buffet was fairly good but nothing to rave on about.

Surprisingly nice hotel with inclusive gym and suana. Nice comfortable clean rooms and surroundings. Limited transport to and from the hotel. Had to walk to and from the Hotel in the snow with luggage because of a limited taxis and buses.

Bra läge men vissa behöver en charmkurs

Fördelar: Mycket bra läge, god frukost och okej rum Nackdelar: Kunde va bättre ventilation. Mycket märkligt bemötande av en senior medarbetare i receptionen när vi kl 10 efter tredje natten bad om städning. Istället för ett vänligt bemötande - snorkigt svar att man måste säga till dagen innan. Ingen info alls om detta vid incheckning, och någon städning fick vi ej den dagen - dock dagen efter som var vår femte och sista.
