A good option for families. Clean and quiet with many walkable restaurants and shops and public transport nearby. Only disadvantage was the lack of air conditioning during a hot summer which made it more difficult to sleep comfortably

Stay Between November-April Only

Pros:Massively large bathroom and well-stocked-modern.you can open 2 huge windows for circulation. Room is very spacious. Only a 3-minute walk to the tram. Cons: There is no air-conditioning. Regional and freight trains are just 100+ feet away so it is noisy because you have to have windows open. Loud talking and laughing from other rooms because their windows are open.

NO AC (trying to sell its green) it is unlivable Train is passing 10 m from your window And they have freight trains in all night Morning kinder-garden under your window Crying children wake up (if you manage to sleep at all)

Firstly, we arrived to a dead bird and a partially eaten rat by the entrance to the grounds of the hotel. Lovely start. Secondly, there are homeless people living about 50m from the hotel entrance. They were quiet in fairness, and kept to themselves, but clearly not the greatest area, being right next to the railway track. Thirdly, we found the bins in our room to be filled with rubbish from the previous tenant, including smelly used nappies, and when we raised this with reception, they refused to empty them and gave us directions to the main bin to empty them ourselves. Finally, and most importantly, there is a serious health and safety risk when putting down the sofa bed, which resulted in a nasty toe injury. I wanted to report this on departure, but there was nobody in reception at 10am. As we left, all the staff, including the receptionist, were outside smoking. We instead reported the issue via Expedia, but the manager has simply responded that no level of refund will be applicable.

Séjour bien rien a dire le personnel a l accueil serviable et al écoute le petit déjeuner bien y du choix juste pr la propreté des chambres les tape d oreilles avait un peu de tache et de la poussière en dessous du lit mai sinon la piscine bien pour ce détendre et la salle de sport pratiqué c est a recommander

Sombre, peu sûr, équipement et services minimums

Chambre propre, literie confortable. Mais séjour de 4 nuits sans voir le jour, dans une chambre hyper sombre (chambre donnant sur un toit avec longue terrasse au dessus...) : je pense que ces chambres devraient être données à des séjours courts. Quand on reste 1 semaine en famille, ça ne ressemble pas à des vacances. Équipement se limitant au strict minimum (pas de torchon dans la cuisine, pas de lampe de chevet pour le 3e lit, 2 chaises pour une chambre de 3 personnes) Savon, papier toilette non renouvelé, ménage non fait pendant toute la durée du séjour ! Quand à la piscine : on choisit l'hôtel pour ça mais des bandes de jeunes de l'extérieur s'incrustent chaque jour et mettent le bazar. On ne se sent pas en sécurité dans un établissement ouvert à tous sans contrôle. A noter : équipe du petit déjeuner agréable même si on n'autorise pas les enfants à finir le pain au chocolat en sortant...?

Tout proche du tram, c'est pratique. Accueil cordial. Appartement assez grand, surtout la salle de bain. En revanche la baignoire est très étroite. Le logement était propre, mais aurait pu être impeccable. Il y faisait très chaud au mois de mars. L'accès salle de sport et piscine se fait par l'extérieur. La salle de sport comporte 4 appareils, d'une fonctionnalité moyenne (certains dégradés, certains branquebalants, la TV à réparer). La piscine est agréable et l'accès est tardif. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. La dame très agréable.
