The room smelt very damp due to the shower room not having a decent ventilation system. The smell was very off putting and made it very hard to sleep at night. The curtain rail was broken (hanging off the wall) which mean that the curtain could not be closed properly. My partner managed to fix it. The towels were old (however very clean) with some holes in them. The room was advertised as having a bath, however the room we received only had a shower, which is disappointing. The breakfast served was nice and the staff very friendly. The location is great.

Clean and comfortable with quirky artwork around the building. Nothing not to like. We always stay there when visiting family in Bude.

Nice hotel.

2nd time of staying. Hotel nice & in good location if you want a quite time. About 1/2 mile from centre of Bude. Only disappointment was the restuarant was not open & only bar meals.

This was our 4th hotel on our travels around Cornwall and the hebasca was our last. The reviews were superb and I agree on every aspect regarding decor, breakfast, friendly welcoming. However, we were so disappointed with the size of the room (213). Our booking was amedium sized room

Modern and very friendly. Staff were so very nice and helpful. Restaurant menu is limited but so very tasty especially the range of steaks recently added to the choices. Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of choice including gluten free bread and cereals. We spent most evenings in the bar serving mocktails and cocktails.

The hotel was really amazing nice and clean and comfortable the staff was amazing great service really happy was recommended to stay here by a friend sadly a family member passed away so had to leave early and staff was soo goood offered a refund which I didn't expect definitely me and my wife will be back in the summer thank you guys!!!

Great!

Breakfast is a must, I had it everyday and each day it was great, the restaurant was under refurb when I went but I think this would be great too. The location relative to the town centre and the beach was great and the hotel was just what you'd want. If I go back I will stay here again.

Style and decor were unique and interest. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The only drawback was that the kitchen was not fully functional resulting in a reduced menu.
