Todo muy bien a excepción de algunas cosas, el baño no funcionaba de manera correcta, según había desayuno incluido y no es así y tampoco tienen estacionamiento suficiente pero los alrededores son seguros.

No hay agua caliente, me dijeron en el lobby que dejara caer el agua y sólo se desperdició, la habitación se inunda, no hay cocina en el hotel ni para un te.

Room not avialable - alternative not worth a stay

I am not able to rate the Hacienda since the room was not available even though I had a confirmation. It was late in the evening therefore I had to take the alternative given by the Hotel. There I found a very loud room and a TV which had no channels except two which only show pornography 24 hours.
