The apartment is spectacular, especially the lovely terrace. The only drawback is that you have to climb a staircase to go to the bathroom, even so, I would not hesitate to return again without thinking twice.

Perfect location! Everything’s in walking distance except the beaches, but only 5-10 min. In a taxi. Communication with Ferrini homes were great, rooms spacious and clean. Overall a perfect place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Ferrini Homes. Our apartment was vey clean and had everything we could’ve needed! Very walkable location close to many good restaurants. Our host was communicative and made the check-in process very easy.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Communication prior to arrival and check in was excellent. We arrived a bit later than expected, and we were greeted and taken care of by Marina. The hotel staff even arranged airport transfers for us. We stayed in a studio, everything was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend if staying in Catania!

Spacious unit

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Only issue we had was that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom on the lower level. Location was close to sites and restaurants. Communication with host was great.

This apartment was perfect and you can't beat the location! Having 3 floors of living space was an added bonus. Only complaint is that the internet went in and out quite often.

It was in the heart of all the hustle and bustle so it was very easy to find places to shop and dine at but , we stayed ten days and they cleaned and brought fresh towels and toilet paper one time and it was two days after being there.

Great location in the city centre. Apartments were clean, modern and well stocked with kitchen equipment, toiletries, tea/coffee etc We stayed for 8 day and the apartment was fully cleaned and stocked halfway through the stay Attentive staff, very responsive to messages with any questions or queries Would consider parking if you are bringing a car - required street parking at a cost about 5 minutes from the building.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with everything we needed, in central Catania, close to excellent restaurants and transport links. Our flight was delayed so arrived late evening, but helpful rep was still waiting to let us in and show us around. Thank you. One small criticism - for such a spacious apartment, the bathroom was small and the shower was tiny, not easy for the larger person!

Be careful to check the type of room you are renting - the photos are not representative of the room you get Bathroom downstairs with a spiral staircase to bedroom - no outdoor space and very small shower

Excellent communication but unit not same as photo

The unit is not as shown in the hotels.com booking site. It’s not as expected but luckily the location is very good, short distance from the main road Via Etnea which is very happening and almost car-free, relaxing walk. Staff communication is excellent and they started to assist airport transfer way in advanced, so much appreciated. Giorgio is also cheerful and friendly during check-in!
