Great hotel!

Love this hotel! My second time staying here. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly, location is within walking distance to bus stop, MRT and Star Vista mall. I highly recommend!

The hotel is in excellent condition and the room is clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. There are plenty of dining options around, especial the "The Vista Star" mall. There are also plenty of local shops. The area is safe and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is more suited for business travelers. The MRT tram/train and bus station is just two minutes walk.

It is a new hotel. Room is clean and view outside the hotel is good. A weakness is the breakfast which is served at the restaurant at the lobby floor. Variety of food is not wide. No egg is served. Felt bored when having breakfast every morning. Taking breakfast outside the hotel is not convenient as it is quite around the property.

It's a beautiful new property, 5 minutes walk from Star Vista Mall. Excellent rating exclude restaurant ( there is none) & minor construction onsite. I stayed over 10 days due to my dad's hospitalization. Returning to Citadines 's room & swam at pool was my sanctuary. Wonderful staff to greet, assist made me feel that they were well trained with good mind set. Hope to return to this beautiful property later this year.

The windows were extremely dirty, not sure if they really cleaned the exterior windows. But the room and toilets were extremely enjoyable. We were early, and the staff told us to wait. We were fine with that. However, the staff forgot to call us at the check-in time and we had to approach the reception to get our keys. Later patrons who came in received their keys earlier.

First time staying at this apart hotel and it had been absolutely divine ! The cleanliness is next level and the feel within the room is so Zen and tranquil. The room was tastefully styled with no lack of amenities. Staff were great. Lots of food including Starbucks just across the road along with local choices just 2mins away. MRT (Buona Vista) is only a 4mins walk. Was hoping to rebook for another stay but stood no chance (and no surprise). Will be my go to whenever I land in Singapore.

Een goed hotel, prima staat. Erg nieuw, of anders bijzonder goed onderhouden. Ontbijt was te mager, te standaard, voor dit type hotel. In andere Citadines was het zeker beter en uitgebreider. Lekker dichtbij het Star Theater. Op loopafstand. 15 minuten lopen naar dichtstbijzijnde MRT. Relatief kleine (voedsel-) mall onder het theater. Voor een langer verblijf in S’Pore minder geschikt. Staff was -as usual!- fantastisch en behulpzaam.

Love the location of this hotel. MRT station and bus stop close by. Huge shopping mall with many restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I will stay here again.

Riso was amazing at the reception, she helped us check-in and check-out. She even made sure she woke us up as we had an early morning flight and she made sure our taxi was available and ready to go to take us to the airport. Een meer dan uitstekend hotel en een absolute aanrader. Het hotel is erg mooi, uitstekend verzorgd, stil, heeft een mooi buitenzwembad en fitnessruimte, overal luchtreinigers, goede bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Als ik een minpunt moet noemen dan is het dat het wel vrij lastig te vinden is. Je moet eerst op de begane grond een soort van algemene ruimte in en dan naar de tweede verdieping waar de receptie van het hotel zit. Iets meer info op de buitenkant van het gebouw was wel prettig geweest. Dichtbij MRT station Buona Vista (uitgang D) en wanneer je de weg weet loop je er in een minuut of 8 naartoe.
