The room was tidy & clean. Tea & coffee facilities. Close to Earls Court station. Close to eating places. We didn’t like room was very small & also bathroom. The bed was close to wall. Didn’t feel safe in lift, very old. Hotel clean & staff friendly.

Cosy Hotel

Good hotel with comfy beds, good shower and good breakfast with a lift in Earls Court London close to the Tube for all London attractions and close pubs, restaurants and shops.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived at the property. I booked a single room with private bathroom, which as anticipated was small. Room was a little tired looking and could benefit with a bit of freshening up, and shower was a bit on the small side (I only had just enough room to turn around and I’m not a big person). However, what the room lacks in size and decor is certainly made up for in terms of amazing location and price. Wifi was also excellent during my stay. If you are willing to make some sacrifices in terms of room size, definitely a comfortable stay. Would stay here again.

Great location,small room

Lord Jim's provides a great location right near the Earl's Court tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the size of the room which was very cramped however considering the location, it was expected.

Great locatio

This hotel is located on a llvely street that is about a 3 minute walk to the Earles Court Underground Station. Everything you need is a few minutes away, chemist, restaurants that include pizza, macdonalds, burger kind and plenty of seroously cool bars, and 2 suoermarkets. Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not have breakfast here. Rooms are your basic needs. Stayed in a family room with 2 double beds on first floor. Room is basic but has everything you need. Only complaint would be there is not enough room for suitcases and unpacking when 4 people in a room. No clothes washing facilities but laundromat a 5 min walk away. Was great accommodation for our needs and you cannot beat the location.

Hotels in Kensington can be very hit and miss, and usually transpire to be worse than how the photos would advertise it. However, this hotel was a match for the photos and was a satisfying place to stay. The bathroom was easily the best feature. The TV channels were disappointing. Its location and proximity to Earl's Court tube station is also a major benefit.

Very good hotel for the price. Room was small (but was expected being in London), but other than this was great. Room was clean and in a good location. Very close to Earls Court station making in easy to get around.

Don't get anything smaller than a double

All the cheaper hotel rooms in that part of London are tiny - this place is in line with the others. A double room for one person was an okay amount of space, but would be very cramped for two. Staff were friendly

Says 3star more like a hostel

Musky smelling tiny rooms. Bed sinks, pillows are uncomfortable and could not swing a cat in it as so small. Class themselves as 3***. Not even close. Would never recommend. Could not sleep from the smell. Booked 2 night stayed 1 and asked for refund at 2 in the morning as I could not sleep from the uncomfortable bed. Would never recommend

Basic hotel with great location

This hotel is not fancy, it's basic so perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep and keep your belongings. 1 minutes from Earl's Court which is great. The room was warm and it has tea making facilities and shampoo and body wash.

Lording It Up

Excellent allround. The staf are genuine and helpful ...going the extra mile. While there are kitchen facilities i am not sure if breakfast is available. There is a coffee/ hot choco machine however. There are fridges in the kitchen which guests are free to use.
