Wonderful location and a great staff make this hotel a 12 out of 10! This is my 4th stay and every room has been exceptional. 2 blocks from the Kings Palace!!!! Delicious food as well.

Great choice for anyone to stay at

Had a great stay here. Despite being in a somewhat busy area it was so peaceful and relaxing. Room was a good size and kept very clean. Will stay here again on my next trip.

We were exceptionally greeted from staff with welcoming drink for a family of four (and for other guests to see us). The hotel have both colonial and modern touches. We upgraded to family suite for the next day. Again we were kindly taken care of with their superb service. Highly recommend this hotel on what they have to offer.

A beautiful hotel to Phnom Penh

My favourite hotel in Phnom Penh. From the moment we were greeted by the driver at the airport to our check out 7 days later, we enjoyed every moment here. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The location is perfect. The Wat directly opposite is very beautiful and I loved walking through there in the evenings. And it was always easy to get a tuk-tuk directly from the front of the hotel.

comfortable place to stay with a lot of amenities for a great price, location superb, close to nightlife and attractions. Staff felt a bit disconnected, seem to be more preoccupied with busloads of tourist arriving soon. The checkout was a joke, unnecessary long and almost mistrusting of the guest, tights why it is not an excellent rating

What a lovely hotel! From the moment we arrived we were taken care of and welcomed. The entire staff was lovely but Mr Sak was especially amazing. So helpful and kind. When we couldn’t figure out Grab app he booked a tuk tuk for us using his account. I am looking forward to staying again. The room was clean and well equipped and the breakfast was DELICIOUS. Hospitality above and beyond!!

建物は古いが、フロントは気取らず上品な雰囲気。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで朝食ブュッフェも美味しかったです。 デポジット必要ですが、もちろんカード可。 キッチン、バルコニー付きの北側の部屋に泊まりましたが、部屋は十分に広く、向かいが大きな寺院でとても静か。水回りの清潔感がイマイチでしたが、このクラスでは標準的な感じ。廊下はアロマ焚いてくれていてプラス。近隣は地元の屋台食堂、スーパーありで、屋台ダメな人は徒歩5分程度でボンケンコンのレストランに行けます。 個人的にはリピートありありです。

We were greeted by staff in front of the hotel. As we entered the lobby, we were provided beverages and hand towels to freshen up. The room was spacious and even had a scale for weighing our bags. The staff was responsive in helping us with ground transportation and other needs. It was really a great experience.
