Very central hotel. High floors which were great for a view of the city. The negatives were that it didn't seem clean, old pill packets and hair bobble on the bedside table, dirty kitchen worktop and hob and shampoo still in the bath! If it was cleaner it would have been perfect.

Room was clean and fresh, building is secure with safe entry. Only super minor issue was kitchen cabinet hardware needs to be tightened, doors are loose and dont line up. Great place would recommend to anyone.

If you want to waste your money and pay for garbage, this is the place. The check-in process was painfully slow, the place was filthy, and nothing matched the description. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Had a great stay here for the Taylor Swift concert. Was a good location for shopping and dining, had plenty of extra towels and linens in the apartment. Everything was clean and had no issues finding the apartment and easily accessible building. Would recommend

We were very happy with our stay. With two adults and three teenagers it was a bit tight. With that in mind, it was clean, bright, in great condition and had space for everyone. We would happily stay there again next time we are in Toronto.
