This hotel was amazing, We stayed in the 3 bedroom eiffel tower view and it was worth every cent. You never got sick of looking at the tower especially of a night. Well laid out, everyhthing supplied and the staff were lovely

Location was perfect. You'll end with hundreds of pictures for the tower in your phone as it's so close. Street was beautiful and quiet. Close to public transport and restaurants and cafes. Exterior of the building was charming as well. On the other hands, interior was wearing. Timber floor made annoying squeeze noise and things got worse when your upstairs neighbour was a family with young kids keep running around. Walls within the apartment was also thin. Cleanliness was average. Regarding the service, they sent you a long survey before check-in so I expected receiving some personalised treatment or recommendations (e.g. public transportation information and restaurants recommendations), but nothing was provided Overall 7/10

Highly recommend! We are American and we were concerned about safety and accessibility. This hotel was safe, secure, and accessible to everything! Easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Seine river cruises, metro station (which is super easy to use highly recommend) restaurants and grocery. The apartment was spacious and clean and had an amazing view of the tower. We’ve already recommended to friends and will stay there anytime we are in Paris.

The location is unbeatable, the apartment incredible. Checking was not easy even though we stayed we would arrive at 10. No one there, no response until we borrowed someone’s French cell phone. Other than that recommend

I loved the Charles Floquet!! It was perfect for my family. Beautiful old building. Just what I expected for Paris. We all had our own rooms. It was clean, comfortable and right near the Eiffel Tower. We had a great time there. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The only glitch was the electric kept going out in the kitchen lol but we were eating out anyway, so we didn’t really care I highly recommend it for families because basically you have an apartment to yourself. The staff was wonderful, friendly communicative, very informative, arranged for transfers to and from the airport and the train station. I can’t say enough good things about it. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you need an apartment in Paris for a few days or a week.

Amazing location and was surprised how quiet this street was just a block from Eiffel Tower . Easy access to the RER public system - just a few stops from Louvre, and Notre Dam. Incredible experience and Suzzane was full of helpful tips on getting around! Highly recommend!

Try to touch the Eiffel Tower

This apartment was exceptional. The bedrooms very accommodating and bathrooms very clean. Kitchen well appointed. The best is you feel you can reach out the windiw and touch the Eiffel Tower. Just an amazing site. Would stay there anytime I was in Paris. Worth the cost in every way.

Fascinating all around

This place was breathtaking. You can't get any closer to the Eiffel Tower and the view from the townhouse was amazing. Full laundry, kitchen and easy check in. Very secure, quiet building. Safe neighborhood, beautiful homes and close to many restaurants. We travel a lot and this place was perfection!
