Amazing reception staff, very helpful in giving information about public transport and good places to see on our short trip to Dublin. Room was comfortable, clean and had plenty of room for all our luggage and everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient location, being less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and only 20 minutes into Dublin city centre. Also great food downstairs in the hotel’s bar/ restaurant! Definitely would stay again next time we’re in Dublin!

The price is good for a hotel not in the city. It’s about 20 minutes into Dublin. Lots of nice areas to sit around, either near the bar, watching the tv, or away on another deck area. The room was quite small, but the amenities were good as was the comfortable bed and pillows.

Bed was uncomfortable. There is no safe in the room. Kettle power connection point needs fixing as I believe it was unsafe. Power Point did not work, loose connection. No top sheet. Rooms get a bit hot and there is no way to cool down apart from opening a window. I did not get a room like the picture in the Expedia add I thought I paid for.

Stay away! No Customer Service

I will try to warn you, but what you do is up to you. Staff and Management do NOT care about their customers. All complaints are ignored. All email correspondence are IGNORED. We experienced the worst nights sleep, and politely advised the reception desk of the 2 problems that needed addressing for our next night to be managed. One was a loud creaking door that would slowly creak for 5 min and then LOUDLY BANG ALL NIGHT right outside our room, EVERY time someone walked through to their rooms, the other was a very uncomfortable mattress with button/metal ties that stuck into your body everywhere, and needed another layer (or comforter) over it to make it even tolerable to be able to sleep. Neither thing we mentioned was fixed or addressed, we were so exhausted and tired from lack of sleep over 2 nights, my husband (who is over 60) became sick as a result that next day. And when we asked the reception to get the manager to contact us regarding what had happened and Best Western's Policies when someone has had NO SLEEP FOR 2 NIGHTS due to their lack of addressing the problems. NO ONE CONTACTED US. Only when filled out a survey did we get a standard email that said thanks we are looking to improve our service blurb. We still have rec'd NO REPLY to all our private email correspondence. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE who run this hotel.
