It's hard to find a nice restaurant in this area because I think it’s outdated. When they move their restaurant they don't update it in Google which makes it difficult to find.

Good visit

We stayed three nights here. It is close to the Everglades and restaurants were not too far away. The bed was really comfortable. Decor is lovely. I liked being a quiet neighborhood rather than a big hotel. It was SUPER clean which we appreciated. Down side is the walls are thin and the water pressure was super low. It is a nice set up for two people.

Better than a hotel.

House is brand new, easy to find, and plenty of space. Big kitchen and living area. Stayed for two nights so grabbed some groceries and easily made breakfast and dinners and could just relax. Would definitely book again.

The house is brand new, it is super clean and was a very relaxing place to stay. The square footage is more spacious than it sounds like and it feels much bigger overall. I will definitely go back and would recommend it.

Overall it was comfortable, however, it is important to know that you are renting just one room in the house and not the entire property.

The unit was so beautiful, updated and modern. The little kitchenette is perfect for snacks and drinks for when you are there. Host was very responsive when I had questions. I would absolutely stay here again 10/10 love it.

The property was clean new and no issues, beds were comfortable, the cons were there was no toaster, no big pot to make a family pasta dinner, just small pots, only 5 keurigs of coffee that didn’t even give my husband and I two cups a piece, and I didn’t really like that we only had one towel and facecloth per person, so we had to reuse everything the next night. And there is a little cement patio in back but no chairs, just a thought! The owners did give us an hour late check out at 11 without an extra fee which came in handy

PROS: - Very clean and comfortable bed - Netflix - Responsive Host - Available parking for free - Large bathroom area with soap and towels CONS: - This is a house divided into 3 parts so you may be with other guests. The spaces are divided however if the other guest speak at a normal talking level you can still hear. - The guests on the adjoining door were VERY noisy until about 1A. I notified the host and she handled it - We did not know this was a shared house until after booking which at that point was non refundable - Neighboring guest were pushing on the adjoining door/wall. I’m not sure if it was a child but it was rather uncomfortable to experience

The way it is advertised on Expedia was confusing . I choose apartments when o need room , cooking facilities etc . This property is a house with two Anex . The one I rented was the smallest , and do not offer anything over a hotel room . The climate control is not in the unit so renter needs to be contacted to adjust temperature . There is no Kitchenette but one electric burner plug in . No dishwasher . The electricity in the outlets stop working and I had to call the renter/maintenance . The place is so small that if you open the sofa bed to sleep you block the entrance . This is a fire hazard , so I slept on the sofa and decided not to open it . Because the rest of the units were rented , the noise was intense because you hear them like they were in the same room ( walls very thin ) . On the other hand the communication was good . It does not offer absolutely anything extra than a hotel where at least you can adjust temperature and have free coffee. The shower is not build properly so the water spills out of it under the door .

Appart 100% Ikea 1er prix dans une cité dortoir

Appartement 100% Ikea 1er prix qui se trouve dans une zone pavillonnaire ultra dortoire et à 1h15 des plages de Miami beach. Cuisinette très sommaire. Pas de LV, frigidaire ridicule et sans compartiment congélateur donc pas de glaçon, mini plasue électrique de cuisson, ni de table et fer à repasser et matelas inconfortable. Pas de jardin ni terasse ni extérieur. Aucune réception et aucun contact humain avec les propriétaires = toute communication passe par le net. La température de la climatisation est entièrement gérer par les propriétaires...comme les américains aiment la fraîcheur, vous vivez dans du froid. Le tout au milieu d'une zone pavillonnaire d'une centaine de pavillons identiques sans vie, sans humain, sans animaux...cauchemardesque ! On était content de rester que 2 nuits!

Umstände der Wohnung

Die Wohnung selber war toll. Einfach etwas spärlich eingerichtet mit Küchenutensilien. Zudem war es sehr sehr mühsam, dass die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit lief, auch nachts und nicht ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Das Haus ist eigentlich als Einfamilienhaus gebaut und es wurden nun drei Einheiten zum Vermieten daraus gmacht. Das ist nicht so toll, da die Wohnungen nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt sind und man so alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Sehr schade.
