Rooms very extra small!!! Shower very extra small!! Bed sheet not very clean. Lift to go to rooms only 1 person fit . Not worse the price. more like Backpackers kind of place. the ONLY good things. is Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Shame they have to deal with this kind of dirty place. Not easy for them. Big thanks to Front desk reception to help me. I won't stay there again.

We stayed in the family room which was larger than a lot of hotels we had stayed in. We had an air conditioner in our room which was wonderful as we arrived during Europe’s 2019 heat wave. We used the kitchen facilities daily making breakfast, some lunches and dinner. The staff were very helpful & printed up tickets and other documents for us. The main train station was only a 4 minute walk away but we mainly walked to all the sights we wanted to see. There were lots of supermarkets near by & a great laundrette. My only suggestion would be to provide more cooking utensils such as a second frying pan & utensils as most people using the kitchen are at the same time. All in all we really enjoyed our 6 nights here.

The property was about 4K from the main tourist attractions but close to main train station, laundromat & supermarkets. We cooked breakfast & dinners using the kitchen & ate at many of the food outlets around the hostel. The rooms were air conditioned & suited our needs.

We had a private room with ensuite for four of us. The staff were lovely but the room was unheated with just a thin blanket supplied each, dark, cramped and the mould in the bathroom between the shower and the wall smelled as bad as it looked. Location was good for getting to and from the Eurostar and staff were happy to store our bags which we appreciated.

Customer Service was Great

Room was very clean however were old and tired. Good thing is the hostel is at the heart of the city centre and Montmartre. Service was amazing and staff were very helpful with recommendations and giving direction.

Pleasing stay

We stayed during a hot time and the room was very hot, there was no air flow from the windows and no fan so we were struggling to sleep. The room was also very small we struggled to open our suitcases. But other than that, it was everything we needed! The facilities were great, hotel staff wonderful, bed was comfortable enough, and the location was great - very close to Gare du Nord station.

Nice hotel, good location.

Greeted by friendly staff and was able to answer all questions. When entering room, there was a stench in the bathroom which was addressed by hotel staff Good hotel and room. Good vibe and ambience with accessible French balcony facing street.

Excellent situation

Stayed for a night with wife and two children prior to the Eurostar. Great position for the station and for a few sights. Easy access to a variety of eating opportunities including self catering.

Extremely Convenient

Its very very close to the Gare du Nord, or the Paris central train station which means easy access if you have lots of luggage. A very walkable distance from the station, and i even forgot to look it up on google maps, so its pretty easy to find if you know how to figure out a good old fashion paper map! which u can get from the info desk at the station! Facilities were alright considering the price, shame they didn't have a show curtain so the water went everywhere! Everything was wet! But all in all great cheap stay!

We were transferred to the Avalon hotel in Paris. I asked to have my sheets changed four days in a row they didn’t get around to it until the fifth day. The room is very small much smaller than I anticipated. The location was ideal close to public transportation restaurants easy to get around.
