There are three ways you can edit a reservation.

Editing a reservation via your inbox 
  1. Log in to your account and select the appropriate property.
  2. Select Inbox.
  3. Select the appropriate guest name. You can use the All Messages drop-down menu to filter your conversations.
  4. Select Edit booking.
  5. Edit or add the information as needed.
  6. Select Save.

Editing a reservation via your calendar 
  1. Log in to your account and select the appropriate property.
  2. Select Calendars from the navigation menu.
  3. Select Reservations.
  4. Select the reservation in your Reservation List. This will take you to the Edit Reservation page.
  5. Edit or add the information as needed.
  6. Select Save.

Accept or decline a change requested by your guest
  1. Your guest sends a change request to you from their guest account. They can request to change booking dates, the number of guests, check-in time, or any other detail of the booking.
  2. Log in to your account and view the request in your Inbox.
  3. Reply to the guest to accept or decline their request.
  4. If you need to change the price of the reservation, create a payment request or payment refund.

Note:
  • You can only edit a reservation if the status is Booked, Reserved, or Post Stay. You can't edit Cancelled or Timed out bookings and inquiries.
  • When you change a reservation, your cancellation policy dates are updated to match the stay dates.
