Integrated Property Managers - Tax responsibilities for integrated accounts

The Merchant of Record (MOR) is the legal entity responsible for processing payments and collecting/remitting taxes. After integration, IPMs become the MOR and Vrbo no longer collects or remits tax for your reservations. 

Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to your property listings. Travelers are quoted taxes based on what you set in your software. Ensure your tax rates always current and compliant with your local requirements.

You are also responsible for collecting and remitting taxes to the tax authority.
