In a quiet environment, between the beach and the pinetree forest, this ground floor house and its furnished terrace- where you can have dinner, a drink, or simply relax on a sun lounger in front of the private pool-are waiting for your visit.

All on ground floor, the house is divided into a cozy living-dining room with TV , WIFI and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms.

Its location, within walking distance of the harbour « La Clota » allows quick access to the sea and the beach of Riells. In the close neighborhood- Planesses Park- you can follow a pleasant coastal path through ravines and pebble coves to the beautiful beaches of Illa Mateua and Montgo.
