The apartment was right in the centre of the Old Town, superb location! My hostess Laura was amazing, great communion, I have never experienced such a wonderful service! Thank you so much Laura for being such an amazing hostess! P.S I am returning on the 9th October so hopefully will see you then! Natalia

Breathtaking! The most luxurious hotel I’ve been in yet. I didn’t actually expect it to be so extravagant. Everything felt brand new, like no one had ever stayed in the room. Made my stay to Warsaw very special. I felt safe, enjoyed spending time in the hotel when I wasn’t adventuring around the city too. Reception staff very pleasant too.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, in an older building but modern inside, nicely looked after. Communications were fantastic, 6 stars. Not only thorough and clear instructions but great recommendations and responsive whilst we were there.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Great location, great price and lovely decor/terrace. Communication was excellent and check in/check out was super easy, with very easy and helpful guidance sent via email before we arrived.

Good Time Apartment 163 was clean, tidy and central. The location was ideal. I would not hesitate to stay there again. It was reasonably priced and had everything anyone could need including a washing machine and a dishwasher. Joanna even provided washing detergents! The apartment was warm, clean and ideal. Joanna regularly contacted me to make sure everything was alright and to ask if I needed anything. My two week stay was perfect. I would recommend Good Time Apartments.

Amazing place. Brand new. Still freshness in the air. Definitely recommended.

Okay, this is not going to be easy. But I think for the benefit of other potential visitors, being honest is the best bet. Firstly, the manager/janitor in the property is a really really good guy and I thank him for his efforts. Well done. However, there are issues with this place, not least getting access. Having heard nothing via Hotels.com (as was promised) I contacted the property only to be told that instructions had been sent but ‘sometimes sites don’t allow the emails to go thru’. So get it sorted!!! Finally after actually emailing the company thru their website I managed to get details of access. And talk about complicated! Access codes for doors and lifts and then a separate code for the apartment which we were told would be sent separately….and which never came. It was only luck that the manager arrived at the flat the same time as us that we got the (7 number) code. What a faff and really odd-putting and unsettling when you are travelling already. As for the flat, it’s modern and with some nice furnishings. But the mattress is thin and the pillows are simply the cheapest and worst I have ever encountered. I’ll only briefly comment on the faff with the washing machine which needed brute force to open, and the horrific smell in one of the cupboards (apparently the filer on the vacuum cleaner) as well as the loo roll jammed in the bathroom fan to keep it open. Overall, suffice to say that whilst okay in some aspects, the name VIP doesn’t apply

Comfortable and Quiet stay in the Heart of the City, everything was within easy reach for our stay, shops, railway station, short journey to the Airport by train, the staff members upon check in were welcoming and informative, the free coffee and tea bags as well as bottles of water were a nice touch, the apartment was fully equipped for longer stays and the building and area felt very safe, clean and secure for our stay, would definitley return here again.
