Very nicely furnished, everything you could hope for. Lovely site, beautifully laid out gardens, 3 pools and very nice restaurant reasonably priced with good choices. Sunbeds excellent and plenty of shade. Easy to find and near the sea. Worth exploring locally around the area, very rocky and interesting.

Well equipped studio apartment in quiet residential block, with fantastic sea view from balcony. Apartment as described with nice welcome pack on arrival. Perfect for couple. Very close to Long Beach and ideal for exploring the local area.

Wow! Can i come again? What you see on the website is what we got in reality - which exceeded our expectations, (as very often it’s a far cry from the brochure picture). This fab villa definitely gets the thumbs up from us. It is exceptionally decorated to a very high standard in every room. It’s very spacious, yet welcoming, cosy and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen (if cooking is your thing or if you have small children), wifi, USB plug sockets, TV, and an amazing amount of storage. We flew in to Larnaca airport on a late flight and took a taxi to the villa ( booked in advance and paid UK pound) and so arrived after dark. Once at the villa we were greeted with a welcome package of basic food items from our host - this was a very special touch as we were not expecting it, plus it included all the things we liked - thanks Richard! The beds were very comfortable, with linen and towels provided which could be exchanged as required. Early morning sunlight soon raises the amazing hot temperature on the site only to reveal the full beauty of the villa, with its sun drenched grassed garden, balconies and shaded large patio. The size of the villa was great for us (middle 50’s) with two older children in their 20’s, who were with us for a family wedding. They were able to have their own rooms with ample space which is unusual in villa sizes and included; a double bedroom on the ground floor with shower & toilet and a twin bed and our larger double upstairs with another shower & toilet, all lovely. From the balcony of the first floor bedroom there is a further level via a spiral staircase that leads to the sunroof with sun chairs (for sun worshipers) - the air conditioning in every room provided much needed relief! The positioning of the villa was ideal for us, in that, it does not directly overlook the shared pool, enabling periods of quiet awaken to bird songs eating breakfast on the patio or in the late evening enjoying a drink under the amazingly lit patio. The villa has it’s own driveway (if you decide to hire a car, which we did and were able to explore the historic sites and shopping spots), is just a short walk to the on site restaurant, the beach, sauna, gym, Caesar Beach shop, ATM machine and main office. I could go on. We had the opportunity to view a number of the other villa's on the site and considered this to be one of the best. . We would definitely recommend.

Dear Richard - once we get home, it is to a house that has been gutted and refitted whilst we have been here. So we wanted to let you know how much we have/still are enjoying ourselves before "that" gets in the way: Loves: a) The screen (mosquito) door! Just pulling back the sliding glass patio door every morning - with the sun, breeze and sea-sounds - but without any flying creatures getting in ... brilliant!! We love the inside-out/outside-in every day. Never had that anywhere we have stayed! b) The washing machine! Not only avoiding the dreaded “dirty suitcase” chore on getting home, but also refreshing the beach towels and sheets whilst here! c) Your “homely interior”. We didn’t use the lights much after playing with them, nor did we touch your ornaments - but it all said “love” - a home rather than a house, a place to care for rather than “use”. And much more relaxing as well! d) The position! We didn’t realise the complex was so big. And looking around at the different options for “position” - this apartment is perfect! In fact, you have made it impossible for us to look at any other property on this site! e) TRNC - like Turkey, but not really. We hired a car from SUR Cars for five days - on a Sunday - via their website/emails - and had it delivered first thing Monday!! - and were so glad we did. The driving is easy, everywhere is within an hour or so, and the people ... more English than any Turkish we have met in Turkey! Fabulous conversations and wonderful hospitality! f) Your thoughtfulness and the attitude of the site office team. Your email a couple of days after we arrived was unexpected, thank you. And the couple of things we asked the admin team were sorted quickly. We feel very safe and very supported! Being concise is not a skill I have yet mastered! Sorry! But both Mandy and I regarded "our place" near Fethiye, Turkey as our go-to place. We find we now have another. This area is still less developed than south-west Turkey with all the pluses attached to that - but with an “Englishness” we never expected ... the plug sockets, the driving, the sense of humour even more “British” - and a connection to the rest of our world we have found missing in Turkey (other than with football). We thought our place in Turkey ticked all the boxes - north Cyprus and your apartment ticks even more. Thank you! I think - we both hope - we will be back here again (and again). Mandy and Paul
