Fantastic property with many things to do around

The property and House is amazing. You can Go swimming in the lake, Bracciano is very close by, the drive to a Beach is 35 minutes by car and to Rome every Hour a train from Bracciano. Very nice location.

Lovely outdoor space, very pretty gardens. Inside the property could do with quite a bit of work, particularly the kitchen which was very old, with large cracks in the worktop and ant infested throughout (as mentioned on a previous review), you couldn't leave food out for a few seconds before it was crawling. The washing machine is in an out building and there is no air con downstairs. You need a car. We had a great family break and the communication was great with the host, there was a storm whilst we were there which broke the electric gate and that was fixed during our stay as was an issue with the pool filter.

Peaceful and relaxing

Excellent setting with direct access to the Lake at the end of the garden. Beautiful huge garden with lush trees and fruit, flowers and herbs. We loved the patio area which is shaded throughout the day. Short walk to the lake's beach area with cafes and restaurants. Easy local bus service up to Bracciano town, and short train journey into Rome.

Phantastisches Haus in schöner Lage

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer tolle Umgebung. Der Pool hat den Kinder sehr gefallen. Besonders war auch der direkt Zugang zu See. Küche ist einfach, aber hat genug Geschirr für 8 Personen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Beautiful, quiet location, slightly aged property.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 6 and the house provided ample space to spread out.The house is set in a very large garden, which we couldnt use very much due to the midges and mosquitos. Unfortunately we also had an ant infestation in the kitchen and couldn`t leave any food stuff anywhere. The kitchen is in need of a serious renovation. The swimming pool wasn`t quite what my family of 4 young adults expected, no diving, no deep end, but pool pong could still be played.

Charming. Very relaxing setting.

This is a delightful house. Well decorated with great artwork, peaceful garden to walk in and enjoy the sunshine. The house and garden are well kept and spacious. The piano was a favorite and it sounds wonderful throughout the house and onto the patio. The train to Rome is convenient for a long big day trip.i felt at home in this house and would recommend it to family or friends.

A Fabulous Week!

We are a family (5 adults & children ages 3 & 7) and the Villa could not have been more perfect. Beautiful views of Lago Bracciano. Even though all the bedrooms do not have ensuite baths, it worked out just fine with our group; all were comfortable. House was spacious & we could spread out, with a wonderful kitchen & summer dining room for yummy meals of local produce & fish. (We tended to go out for lunches and cook at home most evenings.) The kids loved the piano and the playground, but the lake & pool were the biggest hit. We did some sightseeing excursions (including the black sand beach at Ladispoli) but not as many trips as originally planned because we all loved being at the house so much, relaxing by the pool & just chilling out. Marina and Marino were extremely nice, accessible when needed but completely invisible the rest of the time. Have rented many wonderful places over the years but Villa La Spiaggetta is right up there with the best. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing this amazing place. (I forgot to mention the spacious grounds, which are lush & lovely & beautifully maintained.)

Erholung und Kultur

Wir haben bereits unseren zweiten Urlaub in dem sehr schönen und komfortabel ausgestatteten Haus mit großem gepflegten Garten und direktem eigenen Zugang zum See verbracht und können es nur empfehlen. Mit dem Zug ist man in einer Stunde bequem und preisgünstig in Rom, so dass sich hier Urlaub und Kultur sehr gut verbinden lassen.

Fantastic villa

A spacious house in a beautiful garden and playground. Very quiet surrounding. The villa is equipped with everything needed and with comfortable and nice furniture. Good train connection to Rome. The owner was very helpful and service minded. An excellent holiday home for families with or without kids!
