FANTASTIC APARTMENT NEAR THE BEACH.

Located in the quiet and central residential complex Sanz-Enea, the flat has been completely renovated, resulting in a modern and bright space. It is a fourth-floor apartment, exterior, surrounded by magnificent magnolias belonging to the garden area of the Sanzenea Palace, the current municipal library of the town. 100 metres from the beach and just 200 metres from the historic centre of Zarautz, making it an ideal apartment for both families and couples. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen-diner and laundry area. The entire property is exterior with two balconies. It has a garage space in the same building, with direct access from the lift.

The only issues we had was the outside noise late at night. Being on a main street and close to the beach - a lot of very happy people late at night. And I forgot how to exit the parking garage. So a sign on the board in the kitchen for those of us with poor memory! We would definitely return. Great location. And the coffee shop on the main floor was fantastic. Loved seeing them EVERY morning.

It was an excellent, comfortable property in a great location. There were 6 of us, and it worked well. Useful having its own parking space. More cups and glasses would have been useful, and some crockery is chipped and needs replacing.

Inmejorable ubicación, apartamento bonito y luminoso

La ubicación, decoración bonita, camas cómodas, urbanización tranquila. Algunas cosas estaban un poco rotas y viejas y/o no funcionaban bien. Se podrían actualizar. Por ejemplo el recogedor, el asa del frigorífico, el tendedero, las sartenes….

Appartement très confortable et très propre. Très bonnes literies . 2 salles de bain avec wc. Balcons appréciables . Connexion wifi qui n’a fonctionné qu’une fois un matin . Dommage ! Heureusement nous avions partagé la connexion avec nos portables.

Apartamento que le faltan detalles

Apartamento grande Ubicación cerca de la playa Y el parking Apartamento muy troteado.Tuve wue wuitar las mantas de la puezera declas camas porque olían mal y estaban sucisimas . Para el precio que tiene el apartamento una televisión ridícula y pequeña que ya no se ve por ningún lado. Yo pondría mosquiteras porque hemos salido todos con unas picaduras de insectos tremendo. Mis pobres nietos acribillados de picaduras. Muy pocos cubiertos . Y haría falta un tendedero movible en la terraza porque dentro no se seca la ropa.

Todo perfecto. Recomendable 100%. Alojamiento cómodo y de calidad para viajar en familia. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este apartamento y volveremos en cuanto tengamos ocasión. En principio es una ciudad que me encanta, pero ademas al contar con este alojamiento es una gozada, lo mejor para mi es la ubicacion, cerca de todo, si de todo, playa, comercios, tren.... Beautiful apartment, very well maintained, quick walk to the beach with board in hand, bars and restaurants very nearby. A great coffee shop on the ground floor! Highly recomment this apartment!

Entspannte Woche in einem tollen Ort.

Die Wohnung ist klasse,geschmackvoll, gemütlich, sehr sauber, alles drin was man braucht. Die Vermieterin Amaia ist sehr nett und war für uns da. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Nette Lokale. Schöne Wanderung zum Campingplatz auf den Klippen und über die Klippen nach Getaria. Am Strand im Lokal des Fernsehkochs Karlos beste Croissants, sehr guter Sangria und leckere Pintxos zu guten Preisen.

Amplitud, limpieza, ubicación y, sobre todo, dotación, hay todo lo que puedas necesitar. Es complicado de mejorar pero el acceso al garaje para un coche grande es complicado. Yo sólo aparqué el primer día, el resto en la calle incluso a costa de tener que pagar la ORA

Totalmente recomendable

El apartamento está genial, es tal y como se ve en las fotos publicadas y cumple perfectamente con las expectativas. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y al lado del centro. La propietaria muy agradable y flexibilidad con la hora de llegada y salida.
