With a surface area of 58m² + Terrace of 18m², it is ideally located 300 meters by foot from a small nearby beach, 5 minutes by car from the fine sandy beaches of the Isolella Peninsula and the south of Porticcio, shops and several diving clubs, and 20 minutes from Ajaccio airport.

This haven of peace overlooks the sea on the first (and last) floor of a recent and quiet residence "Les Rivages de la Stagnola" in the municipality of Pietrosella. Designed to accommodate two couples or a family of 4 people, it includes 1 entrance, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 + 2 beds 90x200), 2 private parking spaces. Household linen and cleaning at the end of the stay included.
