The independent entrance overlooks a quiet street that leads directly to the sea, which is less than 50 meters and from which you can enjoy the view over the San Macario with the ancient Spanish tower in the distance and the marina of Perd 'is Sali.
The house has a living room with kitchenette and veranda, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with shower, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with gas cooker with oven, microwave, refrigerator and electric barbecue.
The living room has a table for 6/8 people, two armchairs at an angle to the flat-screen TV.
The house is equipped with dishes, linens, towels and umbrellas.
The beds available are 5 (one double bed and 3 singles) and a crib for children under 2 years.

- Ground floor: a large living room with dining table, sitting area, fireplace and TV, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities;
- On the first floor: a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a single bed.

From the living room glass doors it opens onto the veranda with a sitting area overlooking the large garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining, a small charcoal grill, 2 sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower.

The house, freshly whitewashed, is equipped with air conditioners in the living and in the master bedroom.

The villa has a private parking, but you can park for free in the street in front of the house.

And 'more than the recommended car to easily reach the shops, clubs and restaurants in the neighboring countries of Pula, Villa San Pietro and Sarroch located less than 2 km.
