Former presbytery adjoining a magnificent chapel from the XV and XIX. Large swimming pool 12mx6m with no opposite. Close to Nérac and Condom. Ideal for a great summer vacation, end of year holidays, all seasons. A large living room with exposed beams and 3 bathrooms. The four bedrooms are being redecorated, other photos will be posted soon. I speak english.
