Great location, spacious rooms, helpful staff.

The location is very convenient for Central Station and hence trains to everywhere including the airport as well as being walking distance to all the CBD. The staff on the front desk were very helpful with storing bags before check-in and after check-out and offering alternative rooms on check-in as the one we were initially allocated had netting blocking the view. All the rooms we saw were spacious and comfortable with the outlook being the biggest variable. One issue was that the in room safe was locked closed on our arrival and after being opened by someone from the front desk it transpired the written operating instructions were wrong so it got locked closed again and had to be reopened by a staff member.

This is a great hotel in the middle of everything. There was unfortunately a scheduled power cut the times given were not the time of the cut and we had to walk up A LOT of stairs!

Excellent hotel . 5 min walk to Darling Harbour . Round the corner to the tram to the harbour. The room itself was spacious and clean with great kitchen facilities , sofa and dining table. The bathroom was also large with toiletries supplied. The only thing that is missing is a bar in the hotel but to be honest there are lots of options in the location. The pool area was a bit grubby so we didnt use Would definitely recommend the hotel though and stay here again.

Good facilities Great location.

Nesuto staff were super helpful and friendly. The apartment waslight and airy and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed is big and comfortable. I didn't use the well equipped gym but managed a swim in the rooftop pool which was jut the right temperature. I will definately stay here again.
