Splendid traditional farmhouse made of local stone, completely renovated & totally detached on 1759 sq.m. garden planted with trees. Breathtaking countryside setting, open views. Very large living room (52 sq.m.) leading out onto balcony facing due south, fully equipped kitchen, 2 lounges (1 on the mezzanine, DVD player, 1 on the gr. floor with table tennis), tumble drier. Heating: electric & wood. 4 bedrooms (160 x 200cm bed + single bed), (160 x 200cm bed), (160 x 200cm bed), (4 single beds, 2 of them on the mezzanine). Bathroom, shower room, 2 WCs. 2 terraces (1 facing South, 1 facing West), deckchairs, boules set, sandpit.
