South Ardèche Labeaume, between RUOMS and Joyeuse, 15 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc (Caverne du Pont d'Arc) in the small hamlet of CHAPIAS, 4-star detached house for rent, built from local stone, 155 m², sleeps 8 ADULTS + 1 BABY MAXIMUM. The house is located in the heart of nature on the family estate in a 14-hectare park, shared between two other gîtes and the family's homes (NO ROADS NEARBY). The ‘L'orée du bois’ gîte at La Mare aux Anges is ideal for those seeking peace, tranquillity, rest, space, serenity and silence above all else. A little corner of paradise for nature lovers, with its 180° panoramic view of the Cévennes mountains. You can admire beautiful sunsets... as well as a stunning Milky Way while lying on your deckchairs. There are numerous rivers nearby for family swimming, including the Ardèche, La Beaume, Le Chassezac, La Drobie and L'Ibie.

All mod cons. Single-storey house, 4 bedrooms including two air-conditioned suites, 3 bathrooms, 3 WCs, large 30 m² covered terrace to enjoy the shade, and large private areas around the house where you can take a nap in the shade of the oak trees.
You can enjoy the private 8x4x1.5 m swimming pool with its submerged beach, outdoor shower and 32 m² terrace. The pool is heated depending on the weather conditions in May (24° MAX). There is also a ping-pong table and a pétanque court.
