A charming Piriac-sur-Mer house close to the sea

Beautiful bright contemporary house of 140m2 in Piriac, renovated from A to Z in 2022, in a charming old hamlet, 1200m from beautiful beaches (Belmont, Ker Elisabeth...), and 3 km from Piriac-bourg or La Turballe

With its large living rooms and 5 bedrooms, the 140m2 house and its 30m2 annex / games room can accommodate up to 12 people (10 adults maximum).

Set back from the street, it is located in a quiet and green environment. We are on the edge of a natural area, therefore surrounded by greenery.

Large bay windows make it a bright and warm house in summer and winter.

The living rooms overlook the 400 m2 garden facing south, west and east.

Well, come on, now in less formal... the spirit of the house as we wanted it:

- All redone... and all ready!
- The mix of the old and the contemporary
- Antique furniture and decoration, it's the "antiquea"
- Art and offbeat because life is better with than without...
- Colours, colours, more colours!
- A bluetooth hi-fi and good speakers for a musical holiday (but quiet... no party!)
- Equipment "like at home", or even better :-)
- Cosy rooms with top bedding, for large common areas
- Maximum opening onto the garden, in the living room as well as in the dining room...
- ... Because life is also outside, with plancha, barbecue, brazier, deckchairs, colourful beanbags, and aperitifs or meals outside
- Finally, something to have fun for young and old with games in all directions: in the annex, outdoors but also board games.

Traveller access
The village of Saint-Sébastien is a very pretty village of stone houses, located in the commune of Piriac-sur-Mer, 3 km from the town of Piriac and 2 km from that of La Turballe.

We chose Piriac for our free time above all because the sea water can be superb, which is actually quite rare on the coast... and because it's perfect for the water sports that we particularly like: windsurfing, boating, kayaking, paddle etc... not too many waves in summer, that's the only point missing :-( !
Not to mention the village of Piriac which is very cute with its old stones.

The beach of Belmont (crystal clear water in normal times), which we appreciate very much, is easily accessible on foot or by bike. The other beaches of Lérat (white sand! and water activities) or Ker Elisabeth (clear water too) are also very pleasant, and to choose according to the privileged activities. Also worth seeing are the other beaches on the Quimiac/Mesquer side.

We leave 5 bikes available. The house is very close to the Blanc Pays Aquatic Centre (swimming pool, wellness area with hammam and sauna).

Visits around... enough to come back again and again:
- 1 hour from Nantes and in particular its contemporary art festival in the summer "Voyage à Nantes"
- 20min from La Baule / Pornichet / Le Pouliguen
- 15 min from Guérande, medieval city
- 1 hour from Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan (with the Ile aux Moines or the Ile d'Arz in 10 minutes by boat)
- 15 minutes from La Turballe, fishing port and departure to the islands of Belle-Ile, Houat and Hoëdic (departures in the morning and returns in the evening)
- 30 minutes from Saint-Nazaire, city of the largest cruise ships in the world (with Les Chantiers de l'Atlantique and the Escal'Atlantic museum), but also Airbus
- 30 minutes from Le Croisic (and its giant aquarium) or Batz-sur-Mer, a charming village of salt workers
