About this accommodation



The Finca Can Tiro is located approx. 1 km outside Costitx on a well-kept garden plot. A lovingly restored house awaits you with a living space of around 90 m2 with a typical natural stone facade. With its modern comforts such as German satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, flat screen and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, the house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.



The accommodation



In the rear area are the double bedroom and the children's room with two single beds, in between there is the bathroom with a walk-in shower. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathroom and also for the pool/beach.A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.



A few steps outside the house lead to the raised sun terrace with loungers and a shaded area with a dining area. A brick barbecue house is available for barbecue evenings. The private pool (7x4m) and the wonderful view of the Tramuntana mountains are further highlights of this well-kept finca.



Ground floor: Living room, dining area, open kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, children's bedroom with 2 single beds, outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet.



If required, air conditioning (cold/warm) will be charged additionally based on consumption on site.(0.40KW)



For one [hidden according to Airbnb content policy] person there is a sofa bed available in the living area, which is charged additionally at 15.00 € / N



The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors.
