ROSE Holidays offers you this tastefully renovated apartment, in a private and secure residence, in a quiet area, with a shared swimming pool (15/05 to 15/09), located in the Marcellière district of Les Sables d'Olonne, close to the pine forest, the casino and the thalassotherapy centre.

Capacity: up to 6 people.



Bright apartment consisting of a living room-dining area open to a balcony with a view of a tree-lined garden, equipped with a 140 sofa bed, coffee table, TV, WiFi, high table and 6 chairs.

🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

• Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
