Margaritaville is a multi-story house with various levels, decks, and porches. Its modern architecture and décor provide a light, airy feel in some areas and a cool, shaded ambiance in others, complementing Florida's balmy weather. Just steps from the beach, it's in a laid-back, friendly neighborhood where kids can ride bikes safely. If it sounds like paradise, wait until you experience it!

The atmosphere is peaceful and awe-inspiring.

Inside, the layout suits multiple families. The first floor has a large room with a queen sofa bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath.

The second story features a well-equipped kitchen and living area with an HDTV. Two bedrooms include one with a queen bed and en-suite bath, and another with a king bed, full bath, and 2 twin roll-away beds. This floor showcases sleek design with spacious decks and many windows, representing modern Florida architecture!

The first floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a sleeper sofa, and 1 twin roll-away bed. On the third floor, a small bedroom with a twin bed offers excellent views.

TVs are placed throughout. The living area has ultra-comfortable couches, lovely views, and a peaceful vibe perfect for family movie nights.

This house and its 3 levels worked great for my family. The college-aged kids took the lower level and made it their own. Any messes made were unseen and therefore didn't exist! The middle level was our gathering spot. There was plenty of room and seating. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The backyard had lots of nice furniture and the pool was well-kept. The access to the beach was just a few yards down the street. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic

One week wasn’t long enough. We have taken several beach vacations in this area, but I was more relaxed than I have ever been at this house. I was skeptical about the stairs being a problem, but they weren’t. There was seven of us, and everyone had plenty of space to do whatever, we weren’t in each other’s way. The location is awesome. Right down the road is the boardwalk to the beach. The house has awesome views of the beach. I hope to return soon.

We loved the house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The back yard and the pool were a nice addition although we did not use the pool because it was a little cool during our stay. We walked to the beach which is a short couple minutes and the garage had everything you would need for the time at the beach. The stairs are interesting but are not for people that have a hard time climbing as you have to use them to get to the second level. It is in a great location, a quiet neighborhood and located near restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. We had an issue with the dishwasher and they addressed the issue right away and sent someone out to fix it that day. Awesome communication as they checked to make sure that things were going well.We had a very nice vacation!

Great location. St. Augustine beach is the best! House was nice. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated. Needs some maintenance. Biggest challenge is the spiral staircase. Elders could not visit us. Small children must be closely assisted. Love the outside decks with ocean views. Not thoroughly clean indoors and outdoors. Supplies mentioned were missing. Summer would be great time to rent. Expensive.

Upsides: We loved the access to the beach and the backyard area; the main level was well-designed, too. The downstairs living room and bedroom were also nice. The response to questions was prompt and clear.Downsides: the listing mentioned some beach supplles, and there were none. Also, the lower-level bed descriptions were confusing and a bit inaccurate. Not enough blankets for the number of people it sleeps, and the one big blanket we found was totally full of sand from the previous renters. It got over everything. The biggest issue we had was that the house, which sleeps 12, had four rolls of toilet paper TOTAL for three full bathrooms. And the house had TWO Garbage bags for a three-day stay. When we asked where extras were, we were told it was our responsibility to provide anything over what was provided.

We would have sent the housekeeper back to clean up and provide a clean one. The rental agreement you received and signed states that a starter supply of paper products is provided. Beautiful home

This is a great property, fantastic location. My only non-five star review was with the check-in. We showed up and owner was there and she knew nothing of the rental. She was so very accommodating and left to let us stay. Turned out there was some miscommunication with her and either VRBO or the Property Management Company. This snafu aside, it was a great stay.

Lovely family vacay

The house was everything we needed for our vacation. Total of 8 in house for our stay plus doggie. The walk to the beach was easy and quiet neighborhood. The next door neighbor is so sweet. The only thing we worried about was the stairs, it was hard getting luggage and groceries up the stairs for my parents. Overall would recommend for a stay and would stay again

A pleasant stay

7 ladies in our latter 50s stayed for three nights. The place is close to the beach, plenty of bathrooms, and we enjoyed a dip in the pool. A few were intimidated by the spiral staircase. Downstairs never really got as cool as we’d like it, and the little bedroom on the third floor is not practical due to it being very warm and no window coverings at all. Having two refrigerators was nice. Overall we were pleased with the house.

The house was very close to the beach and the house was very nice. There were some broken pool floats in the yard when we got there and the floor was still pretty sandy but other than that it was clean. The only thing that I will say that could be negative is the stairs. The main floor is on the second level so there is a LOT of up and down on the spiral staircase. If you have small children or anyone with a handicap this may not be the place for you. But other than that it was Great!

Kitchen is on second floor and you Sheba tit she a spiral stair case up. There was laundry left in the machines and dishes in the dish washer.

The little things matter

House is older than appeared. Spiral staircase needs to be bolted back down. Stove was complicated with no instructions. Just needs a lot of touching up. Paper towels were Christmas decor so wondering when it was last rented. Also linens were left in the dryer and there were no soaps or tissues to be found. Decor was cute and location was great but those little things matter when your spending a lot of money. I just expected a bit better quality for the price I paid.
