Welcome to Villa Estrella!

The beautiful, free-standing, Mallorcan chalet, which was completed in mid-2016, is located on an approx. 660 square meter plot of land surrounded by cypresses on the edge of a nature reserve with an unobstructed view.

A private pool (8 × 4m) offers bathing fun for young and old. The large pool terrace and the garden leave enough space to find peace and space for children to play and run around. Comfortable lounge furniture under a spacious pergola as well as the shaded, covered garden terrace with large dining table and comfortable chairs for the whole family invite you to grill, chill, relax and unwind. Two more terraces on the 1st OG provide for retreats.

A large private community pool (approx. 200 meters away) with a playground is also available for you and the children - as well as a club house with a whirlpool and sauna that is open every day in high season.

Inside, you can expect an airy interior in a modern country style, with light stone floors, white doors and high-quality furniture in earthy colors.

The master bedroom on the upper floor and the smaller bedroom on the lower floor have a very comfortable double bed as well as spacious fitted wardrobes and enough storage space. The third bedroom is designed as a children's room for two small vacationers with a high-quality bunk bed, as is a built-in closet.

In the modern kitchen with granite worktop you will find everything you need for everyday life, including a classic coffee machine and capsule machine, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine + dryer (in the utility room).

The bathrooms are modern, with towel heating and offer large showers with hair dryers. Of course towels and beach towels as well as bed linen are available on site.

The entire house is, of course, fully air-conditioned and can be heated comfortably in the winter months, since infrared radiators are available in all rooms and can be controlled individually. Especially in the cool and wet season, this offers a wonderful feel-good atmosphere.

Warm water is produced ecologically using solar cells. You will find the latest technology in the living room and master bedroom via satellite TV and free WIFI / WLAN / Internet access. Your car is parked on your own, enclosed property.

The Villa Estrella is the perfect place for relaxing days as well as a base for interesting excursions in the beautiful south-east of Mallorca. The beautiful beaches in the area invite you to relax and swim.

Golf fans will not miss out either: there is a well-kept golf course about 10 kilometers away with a breathtaking view of Portocolom.

Last but not least, you have a wide range of services at your disposal, such as always accessible guest service and a caretaker (German, Spanish and English speaking), intermediate and final cleaning of the house, garden and pool service, towels, and much more.

You will be greeted personally on site and given a comprehensive introduction to the keys. Your contact person is available for questions on site. Your check-out is also straightforward and without a queue.
