We had multiple issues first check in. Finally got the keys. Went to the room, the cleaners were still there. Wish I could include the pictures of the disgusting pans. I sent several emails asking the pan situation and was told they were adequate. The pans were dirty, second the one possible pan to boiled pasta or potatoes in was dented, the nonstick was scratched all to crap. When I asked for something better I got a 1 quart pan that I could barely heat soup in. We bought our own fry pan because again the nonstick was so scratched. The dishes were all dirty. Day one came back from diving to shower and wash my hair, went to dry hair and the dryer didn’t work.. it took an hour and 45 mins & two phone calls to the front desk and I walked up the with wet hair and the broken one, told them I had plans and still no one rushed to bring one. Day 5 no conditioner left in the bathroom, at 6:30 am as we were leaving to go diving for then entire morning I asked that it get replaced. We returned at 12:30 pm it had not been replaced. I went to the front desk and asked again.. it took another 45 mins to get the conditioner. There were two Wi-Fi available. One wouldn’t recognize my name, my husband went to front desk was told had to be IHC member, I am so I went to the front desk they told me it just didn’t work, then why available? After paying $3,000 for the week I would think the service would be better. Honestly won’t stay there again. Feel free to email for pictures of pans
