In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, ID card, etc.).

- Estimated time of arrival



Check-in time: 3pm

Check-out time: 11am

Visits are not allowed and the indicated capacity must not be exceeded.

Upon arrival, a payment of 20,000 COP must be made at the reception for the wristband. This payment can be made by debit or credit card, either international or national, without any issues.



Please note that pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with your pet, please expect additional charges.

Please provide your guest details at least 48 hours in advance to ensure access to the building. Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled or relocated.
