This 4777 square foot beach house with indoor-enclosed-swimming-pool is less than four city blocks from beach & all the restaurants / night life and is half a block away from children’s park at Silver Lake. The house has a family room, game room, billards table, dining room, living room, kitchen, family room with futon, nine bedrooms, sitting room, and six baths plus a large yard with gas grill with two propane tanks including one spare tank.

Only 5+ day rentals are available during the summer. From mid September to mid May, three night minimum rentals are available.

House is one of the larger ones in Rehoboth so could fit our large group. The indoor pool was great since the weather was a bit chilly for the beach. The host was very responsive

The house was perfect for our party. Perfect location near a park for my grandson, easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The best part of the house was the indoor pool which we used quite a bit.

5 Country Club - September stay

Our group of 14 was there in mid-September, the house was great, plenty of rooms and beds, everything was clean and ready. Our group enjoyed the pool, water was refreshing after being out in the sun. Location was a short walk to restaurants, walk to beach was ok also. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Dave's house in Rehoboth was more than enough to fit my family of 15 adults/teenagers. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and easy access to the beach. It is about a 10 minute walk to restaurants, etc. The pool was also a hit when we needed a break from the ocean.

Annual family trip to Rehoboth

We loved the house, my younger kids stayed downstairs and played games, my son and wife with my grandkids upstairs and my 93 year young mother stayed on the first floor with my mother-in-law and my husband and I. We all enjoyed the porch and pool and the nice park across the street. We’re hoping to rent it next year too!

Large family vacation

This house was perfect for our large family beach trip of 14 people. The house was larger than expected and had plenty of room for all of us. The pool was an added bonus. The neighborhood was beautiful, and it was walking distance to the beach and town. The owner was great to deal with, and promptly answered any questions we had. The only advice I would give is to update the photos, they don’t do the house justice. I would definitely rent this house again!

Lovely family holiday

We had a wonderful visit to Rehoboth beach. We were able to accommodate my elderly parents and all the young ones. There is a nice little playground one house away and a fancy playground at the school 200 yards away with basketball courts. The walk to the beach and to the boardwalk is totally manageable. That was nice in the evenings.

Amazingly, all 10 bedrooms are good-sized. The host is offsite but communicates. Furnishings are spare and down-home, but there is plenty of everything you might need. Two grilles, two decks, two long tables in each deck, two refrigerators, multiple sets of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee makers. All three generations in my party were pleased.

Great times at Rehoboth

The house was perfect for our family with more than enough space for everyone. The pool was especially nice and convenient for the little ones. The house had plenty of amenities (pool table, foosball, etc) but our favorite spot was the upper deck to play board games as a family. The location was great with 15 minute walks to the ocean or the boardwalk. The host was also super responsive for any questions that came up.

Wonderful family locale

Lots of bedrooms on 3 levels with separation so not on top of each other. Good location. Pool indoor for rainy day- fortunately weather was beautiful so did not use. Biggest limitation was space in living room dining room area. Owner very easy to deal with and very responsive.

Rehobeth Stay

Place was awesome. Suited our family perfect. Host was amazing. Was very quick to respond with any help before and during our stay. House is packed with anything you could possibly need. The coffee pot stopped working while we were there and I contacted the host and he had Walmart deliver one within a couple hours. Only issue we had was my 70 year old mom couldn’t make the walk to the beach so we had to drive so the 3 blocks was a little far for us but the neighborhood is very quiet and a nice playground very close by for small children! Would definately recommend for a large family gathering.

Great house for a big group

We hosted a family reunion with multiple generations and was able to accommodate all needs. David was very responsive and resolved any questions we had immediately. The neighborhood is so lovely, a great place to stay if you enjoy bike riding. The walk to the beach was 10 min on foot, just a few min on bike. The kitchen was very well appointed, as was the rest of the house. Lots of extras you don't always get with the real estate companies (e.g. spices, pantry basics, kitchen appliances). Thanks for housing our new memories!

Lots of house!

There are so many rooms I still am not convinced that I saw all of them! There’s a great pool and the house is directly across from 2 wonderful parks. It’s a good 20 minute walk to the beach or boardwalk but it’s beautiful. Besides, it kept the extra lbs from thrashers and kohrs off. The furniture and a few beds could use replacement but all in all, a lovely place. We will likely come back! Dave was very responsive and made the whole process easy!

Great Stay

Great location to beach, downtown and there's a park across street. Indoor pool was a plus along with upstairs porch to eat supper on. Kitchen was tight but workable and seating in living room was limited. All in all, everyone had a great time and enjoyed their stay.

Why they chose this property

Rehoboth Beach is a lovely, diverse, and hip town. My family and I love this home due to its proximity to the beach and to restaurants. It is a quiet street, just a few blocks from all the action making it a great getaway for us from DC politics and big city living. If you don't need 9 bedrooms seven baths plus sitting room & back deck.

What makes this property unique

It has an indoor swimming pool (totally private, for your use only while you rent this house) which is heated to approximately 80 degrees in fall and spring (closed in winter) and has nine spacious bedrooms -- with a lot of space and a large yard too. Very nice for large families and has great neighbors who spend all summer there and who are family oriented!
