Cozy home on quiet residential street on the outer edge of Bar Harbor.

Within walking distance to all town has to offer and just minutes to Acadia National Park. Walking convenience to shops, restaurants, grocery store and a short walk to the Village Green and the Island Explorer Bus Service. The town pier and the Shore Path are also a short walk.
Our home has a living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 bedroom 2 twins and 1 full bath. Parking for 1 vehicle. A small front deck with a gas grill.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was perfect walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor. We were easily able to do all of the hikes we wanted which were also minutes away. The house is cozy and perfect for an Oceanside getaway. We will definitely rebook in the future.

Loved our stay here for our first time in Bar Harbor! This house was a perfect size for our family of 4. We came right before busy season but parking in the city was just starting to get harder to find spots, it was SO nice to be able to walk downtown from the house! The national parks pass was such a sweet touch and made our drive into Acadia easier!

It was perfect for our "base camp." It's close enough for walking to all the Bar Harbor venues. Acadia National Park access was easy. The grocery store was only two blocks away and well stocked with fresh food and reasonably priced. We had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was great. The only issue we had was that the area experienced unusually warm weather for the time of year and the cottage has no air conditioning, so it was a little too uncomfortable for us in the cottage. We knew well in advance, as no a/c is listed in the posting; however, no one can control the weather. Also, the owners provide fans, which is very nice and helped out some. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this cottage to anyone staying in the Bar Harbor area. Perfect walking distance to downtown to the shops and restaurants and minutes away from Acadia!

Perfect stay for a trip to Acadia. The location was great for an easy drive into the park. We were also able to walk around Bar Harbor right from the house. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Plenty of space for two people. Would absolutely recommend.

The property has a great location however not very clean and could use some TLC - for instance the shower had white duct tape as a water liner between tab and walls - the flooring and furniture need cleaning - there was no shower soap - 1/2 roll of toilet paper - could not locate the iron - in my opinion the paper products are just left over and behind by the pervious tenant! The owners have an opportunity to provide a 5 star place instead of just a place they know will rent no matter what the condition or the quality…

Sorry you felt this way, we have never in all the years we have been renting been told it was dirty, actually usually the opposite. It is an older home and we try very hard to make it comfortable for our tenants. There should have been an extra roll of toilet paper under the sink in the bathroom. We do not supply soap, shampoo ect. As for the owners, I am the owner and this is not just a rental but our home and we live here during the off season.

Good spot for a couple, or a family with a child or two. Quiet side street close to center of town, but also with easy access to the National Park - for which the hosts provided a complimentary access pass.

Clean and cozy. Perfect location as a home base for our trip to Acadia National Park. Owner left us a park pass to use for the week. Walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor which was great since we traveled during peak season and parking was not easy to find.
