This luxury house offers the perfect set up for entertaining with lovely views of the ocean from the living areas on the second floor to the mater bedroom on the third floor. The home offers wonderful comfort for your family and friends to stay whether you're here for celebration or relaxation. The first floor features 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds and a full bath- TVs in each room. The second floor is where you will find the open concept kitchen, living room, dining area. This floor also has the half bath with laundry and outdoor deck with ocean views. The third floor has 2 more bedrooms, one has a king and a single sleep sofa and the other has two twins plus a trundle, as well as a full bath. With the Nubble Lighthouse located at the peninsula point, a quick 5 minute walk to Long Sands beach or an easy stroll to Short Sands beach it's the perfect location. Short Sands beach offers family fun and entertainment with an array of restaurants and shopping. Be sure to visit the York's Wild Kingdom! Long Sands beach offers a longer beach coast but still has a few restaurants. This is your perfect home away from home rental house. York Beach Maine is in a prime location as you are one hour from Boston MA, the White Mountains and 45 minutes from Portland Maine. You'll be planning your next trip back to Maine before your vacation even ends.
