The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used sheets; 3 sets of fitted, flats, and pillow cases in washing machine and begin wash cycle (Detergent provided). Leave remaining used beds unmade. Leave used towels on floor in restroom
Pickup trash and clean out refrigerator/freezer. Place trash in can at end of driveway.
Load all used dishes, pot, pans, dog bowls in the dishwasher and start.
Place fishing rods back in rack on the dock.
Clean up yard games and place on covered patio.
Place covers on grill and outdoor furniture.
Place solar pool cover on pool, bubbles down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
