Great host, great communication. Awesome price, especially considering the beach block location. Bedrooms were roomy with plenty of closet space and drawers.

The host was super responsive and helped fixed our tv issues as quick as possible, with constant contact! Great location and plenty of space, listing states everything, you do need to take all of your supplies but we were prepared for that! Bathrooms, kitchen/dining and the two bigger deck areas could use an update and a deep clean but everything was perfect for what we needed! Thank you!

The minute we walked in, the kitchen smelled like bleach that was so strong that we need to open the windows to air it out. It seems like the townhouse was cleaned but there are a lot of dusts everywhere. We paid 150 ( for a 2 nights stay) as cleaning fee but it doesn’t seem like they did a good job. All the beds are uncomfortable. The only good thing about this townhouse is that it is spacious and can accommodate 8 of us comfortably and about 5 minutes walk to the beach.

The house is 4-levels, so be in good physical shape. Property was nicely laid out. While the property looks good, it was dirty. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. It’s a shame when you we arrive the dunning table was filthy. We washed most the dishes upon our arrival as they were dirty too. Two of the bed mattresses on 2nd level have deep wholes in them and need to be replaced. The bathroom mats are filthy and need to be replaced. It was a nice place and has great potential to be 5 star rating, just needs some loving care from management and cleaning crew. We were able to communicate effectively with management and response was immediate. Nice location close to the beach. About 5 minute drive to boardwalk, depending on traffic.

Thank you for providing this detailed information. The only item discussed during your stay was the location of the trash bins. Reviews can take weeks to post in some cases. Yours did not take quite that long luckily, but other groups stayed before your additional feedback was visible to us. The issue with the beds upstairs ended up being the box springs, and we replaced both on 9/13. The house had additional cleaning done today while we had an extra day in between renters. We typically have back to back renters from Memorial weekend on with only a few hours in between, so there is more wear and tear until we get some vacancy in the fall.

Rooms needed vacuumed upstairs, fan and return vents dirty.everywhere ( called and they came and cleaned them) vanity lights in upstairs bathroom didn’t work. 2 TVs we couldn’t get on. Some of blinds broken screens ripped in places. Knobs off some drawers. Kitchen wall has some stuff above stove. BARE minimum on utensils.. couldn’t fit our third car in other garage. All rooms were nice and big. Host was awesome !!!!Nice and close to beach. Convenient to all shops. Overall we made it work and had a good time !!!

OC Trip

Convenient location and plenty of space for all of us. Everything was excellent except for a few minor things like no toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. Shower has no water pressure at all. For a short weekend stay it was good enough for us.

The pros: Ample bed and bathrooms Ocean sideConvenient to stores/necessities Garage parkingEasy check in/outThe cons:Place was poorly cleaned prior to arrival (trash on floor from prior stay, some weird brown gunk on kitchen ceiling)Minimal eating utensils and pots and pans in poor shape (scratched/peeling non-stick coating)The mattress on the lowest floor queen bed is caved in and basically unusableNot a drop of soap for handwashimg when we arrived The house served its purpose, but in general could use some tlc. It's pretty obviously an investment property/party rental and not someone's well-maintained beach home.There are A LOT of stairs. If you have bad knees or are traveling with older folks or babies/toddlers, this probably is not a great spot for you.

Nice stay

It was great space for what we needed. Carpets need cleaned. Sliding doors are all broke. No chairs for the balconies- they were broke. Just overall needs better maintenance. Coastal highway is loud. But it was just a short walk to the beach. Great location.

Check-in was very easy. The home is in a very nice location with easy access to the beach and stores. The kitchen had basic cooking equipment. The pots and pans were a little old but served their purpose. My biggest issue with the place was the smell. It had a very bad pet odor smell. I believe it penetrated the carpet because it smelled like a wet dog. The house wasn’t cleaned well. The bathrooms still had sand in the shower and floors from previous renters. The dishwasher still had dirty dishes in it. I will say that they were very responsive when we needed anything. The maintenance guy was very attentive and helpful.
