Our house is located in a quiet residential area - away from traffic noise and hustle and bustle - and yet only a 10-minute walk from the town center, with a wonderful view of the Ruhpolding mountains.

Our newly renovated apartment for 2-4 people offers you a separate bedroom, living room with satellite TV and LCD TV, kitchen, shower / toilet and south-facing balcony (second bedroom and bathroom are in a separate living unit). Our spacious house offers a game room with table tennis table, table football and an exercise bike.

The sport-loving landlords will be happy to give you tips for your activities, such as: B. Mountain bike, cross-country skiing, ski tours, hiking and excursions (Chiemsee, Königsee, Salzburg ...)

You will find the most beautiful biker routes in the Chiemgau Alps at altitudes of 600 to 1800 meters. With us you get the best tour tips, locked wheel room, washing area, tools and drying room.

Ski tours in the Chiemgau, Berchtesgaden and Kitzbühel Alps (approx. 1 hour drive) offer a varied program from the first snow to spring, from gentle grassy hills to crisp tours.
Tuesday and Thursday evening is ski touring table in Ruhpolding on the Unternberg.

Toller Urlaub unter herzlichen Menschen

Eine wirklich sehr schöne, saubere, geräumige und gut gelegene FeWo. Christa & Andi, die Vermieter, sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Balkon herrlicher Blick in die Berge. Der kleine Ort Ruhpolding ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der unmittelbaren Nähe und mit der Chiemgau Karte, welche wir von Andi erhalten haben, konnten wir viele Attraktionen gratis erleben - Highlight: der Unternberg-Sessellift… was für ‚ne Gaudi 😊 Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Aufenthalt

Schöne und komfortable Wohnung, in der wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Ruhige Lage mit genügend Platz für das Auto. Nur wenige Gehminuten von allen Annehmlichkeiten und Wanderwegen entfernt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Familie Weiss sehr genossen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Tolle Wohnung, super Gastgeber!

Über Silvester haben wir zu viert ein paar Tage in Ruhpolding verbracht. Die schöne Ferienwohnung von Christa und Andi war dabei der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet aber dennoch sehr zentral. Von unseren Gastgebern wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben während unseres Aufenthalts viele Tipps und Empfehlungen erhalten, so dass sämtliche Urlaubswünsche der einzelnen Familienmitglieder erfüllt werden konnten. In unserer gemütlichen Unterkunft konnten wir nach Ausflügen prima entspannen. Alle Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Da die Wohnung sehr geräumig ist, gab es auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für jeden. Den Hobbyraum im EG durften wir nutzen, um Tischkicker und Tischtennis zu spielen. Außerdem gab es die Möglichkeit, die Skiausrüstung unserer Tochter in einem separaten Raum aufzubewahren. Schade, dass der Urlaub so schnell zu Ende war. Vielen Dank, liebe Christa und lieber Andi! Es war sehr schön bei euch :)

FeWo in toller Lage

Super Lage! Man hat gefühlt unendlich viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Bad und Küche sind eher klein. Das machen die Gastgeber duch ihre super sympathisch Art und die Hilfsbereitschaft in allen Fragen wieder weg. Empfehleswert!

Wir wurden sehr nett aufgenommen und über die Gegend und Sehenswürdigkeiten, Wandermöglichkeiten super vom Hausherr informiert. Zentrumsnah. Für Reisen ins Umland (Prien, Rosenheim, Salzburg, München) ist die Chiemgaukarte (freie Fahrt bis Traunstein und gute Anbindungen) empfehlenswert, die im Preis drin ist. Bahnhof 2 Minuten. Gemütliche, saubere Wohnung mit Bergblick vom Balkon aus.

Schöne, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Toller Balkon mit Aussicht auf Rauschberg und Unternberg. Anschluss an Bahnhof Bibelöd in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ca. 300 m. Badezimmer etwas klein. Sonst sind alle Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Haben auch viele Wandertips in petto da selber sehr sportlich. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.

Wie zuhause

Ich habe im August mit meiner Mutter eine Woche Urlaub in zwei Ferienwohnungen von Familie Weiß verbracht. Bibelöd verfügt über eine Bahnstation (3 Min entfernt vom Haus), eine Busstation (2 min entfernt) oder man läuft ca. 15-20 min nach Ruhpolding ins Zentrum, was wir meistens gemacht haben. Die Wohnungen sind urgemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten jedes Wetter und bei Regen konnte man es sich gut in der Wohnung gemütlich machen und es gab einen Heizungskeller, indem man seine Kleidung trocknen konnte. Ansonsten konnte man es sich auf dem Balkon zum frühstücken oder abends zum ausspannen gemütlich machen und bei heißen Temperaturen war es immer noch angenehm in der Wohnung. Herr und Frau Weiß haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet und auch zwischendurch hatten wir immer einen netten Schnack und bekamen gute Tipps. Der Edeka ist fußläufig erreichbar und liegt auf der Strecke Richtung Ruhpolding Zentrum. Man kann von Ruhpolding sehr schöne Wanderungen starten oder mit Bus und Bahn die Gegend erkunden (Chiemsee, Salzburg). Dafür ist auch die Chiemgau-Karte super, mit welchen man die Öffis nutzen kann und viele andere Vergünstigungen erhält. Unser Fazit: Die Zeit war einfach zu kurz, wir würden das nächste Mal länger bleiben wollen.

Schöner Wanderurlaub

Vielen Dank für einen erholsamen Urlaub, den wir trotz Corona- Einschränkungen hier verbringen konnten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und können viele Tipps zu Wanderungen, Gaststätten usw. geben. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und haben alles, was man braucht. Mit der Chiemgau-Karte können viele Buslinien sowie die Bahn nach Traunstein kostenlos genutzt werden. Also hatte auch das Auto Urlaub. Tolle Sache! Wir können einen Urlaub bei Fam. Weiß absolut weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Ruhpolding

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer eine Idee für Ausflüge hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Woche verging viel zu schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Lage, der Orstkern ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen, uns wurde es nie langweilig. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Urlaubswoche in Ruhpolding

Eine Urlaubswoche bei Christa und Andi verging viel zu schnell. Durch unsere tollen Gastgeber wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und sehr gutes Essen waren genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und freundlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ausreichend. Die Lage der Wohnung fanden wir optimal, um die wunderschöne Gegend rund um Ruhpolding zu kennenzulernen. Für Wanderungen und Radtouren gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten. Die Wege sind super ausgeschildert, gepflegt und führen durch eine wunderschöne Berglandschaft. Unser Fazit: Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen! Liebe Grüße an Christa und Andi

sehr nette Wirtsleute, die Wohnung war geräumig und wohnlich eingerichtet, vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick aufdie Berge. Einziges Manko: das Badezimmer ist sehr eng, ohne Fenster, sodass manchmal unangenehme Gerüche Entstehen.

Wir haben uns bei Christa und Andi willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft hat zur Erholung beigetragen, und für uns war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die Gegend zu erkunden (Reit im Winkl, Chiemsee, Königssee etc.). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen, denn unsere Urlaubswoche verging viel zu schnell.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Eravamo due coppie ed abbiamo soggiornato in due appartamentini separati da una piccola rampa di scale. Gli appartamenti sono forniti di tutto, tranne la lavastoviglie, e si trovano in posizione tranquillissima. Andy e Christa sono molto cordiali e prodighi di informazioni. Un unico piccolo appunto: bisognerebbe segnalarli meglio sulla strada perché la casa non è facilmente individuabile.
