Pros: Freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Bei auftretenden Problemen, einfach ansprechen. Es wird kurzfristig gelöst. Ich war beruflich knapp 3 Monate dort und habe nichts zu beanstanden. Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Fehlt nur noch der Blick aufs Meer. Die dort heimischen Vogelarten machen sich einen Spaß daraus, auf Autos zu ka..en. Es sind echte Spassvögel.
