The house is located in a PANORAMIC POSITION with respect to the coast below and the sea; it is surrounded by a large garden (700 square meters) which is RICH in essences of the Mediterranean scrub and yellow-golden granite rocks (RED FIRE AT SUNSET) emerging from the ground, having PARTICULAR LANDSCAPE VALUE; it is located in CALA GINEPRO, an ENCHANTING PROMONTORY facing the ISLAND OF TAVOLARA AND MOLARA.
In a few minutes you arrive at the CALA GINEPRO BEACH, where a small NATURALISTIC PARADISE begins, the coastline of which is made up of SMALL SANDY COVES and granite cliffs (very fishy), REACHABLE ON FOOT through NATURAL TRAILS. you can reach the most beautiful and famous beaches in the area: Cala Girgolu, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Capo Coda Cavallo, Punta Est, Porto Istana, Porto Taverna, Punta Molara, La Cinta, La Pipara, Baia Salinedda, Salina Bamba, Cala Suaraccia , known as the beach of the butterflies, Cala D'Ambra, Isuledda. In 15 minutes by car you can reach: The lido del sole, The old salt pans, Li Cuncheddi, Costa Corallina, Porto San Paolo, Costa Dorata, Cala Finanza, Cala Paradiso , Punt'Aldia. In 20 minutes you can reach Pittulongu, Cala Moresca, Baia Caddinas, Marinella, Cala Sabina, Cala Sassari, Sos Aranzos.
Each cove, each beach has its own charm; but also the hinterland, with the variety of the SARDINIAN LANDSCAPE and the beauty of the historic centers (The Municipality of Lodè has one of the most well preserved and is only 30 'by car) deserves more than a visit, and with them the local dishes, typical of Gallura.

Ein tolles Haus, umgeben von Granitfelsen und mediterraner Bepflanzung mit einem grandiosen Blick bis auf das Meer, völlig ruhig gelegen. Alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und bestens ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Es wurde hier eine neue Waschmaschine, eine neue Spülmaschine und ein neuer Backofen integriert, auch über die gepflegte Außenanlage haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Unser Highlight war die Außendusche, blickgeschützt und umgeben von schönen Pflanzen. Das Haus liegt optimal, zu den berühmten Stränden ist es eine kurze Anfahrt.Wir wurden von Guiseppe und seiner lieben Familie empfangen, obwohl sie sehr lange auf unsere Ankunft warten mussten, wurden wir sehr warmherzig und freundlich empfangen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal für alles, wir erlebten einen grandiosen Urlaub, der Abschied viel uns schwer.

Sauber, ruhig und komfortabel

Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein Schirm und Stuhl für den Strand. Auch ist es herrlich ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko, in der Anzeige geht nicht hervor, dass es sich um ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss handelt. Wir waren in der Annahme, ein ganzes Haus zu mieten. Die Vermieter wohnen oben drüber.

Magnifique

Magnifique villa ou il fait bon vivre et se détendre. Le paysage est juste sublime. Les jeux de cache cache dans les rochers chaque soir pour les enfants. Merci encore à Giuseppe pour son accueil chaleureux, les enfants ont donné un nom à la villa: "La maison au bonheur des enfants".

Tutto meraviglioso

Fantastica esperienza. Ambiente pulitissimo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Spazio all' aperto con giardino perfetto per le cene estive. Un grazie speciale a Dario, figlio del proprietario Giuseppe, per la compagnia, la gentilezze e la dritta su alcuni posti da andare a visitare. Super consigliato se cercate una sistemazione tranquilla con una posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le spiagge di questa zona della Sardegna. Vanessa, Alessandro, Nicoletta e Marco.

La perfezione

Ottima posizione della casa, immersa nel silenzio della macchia mediterranea e a pochi minuti dalle spiagge più belle della zona. La casa è molto bella e funzionale, non manca nulla. Pulizia perfetta. I proprietari sono persone estremamente cortesi , discreti e disponibili. Insomma, soggiorno perfetto.

Very nice and peaceful apartment - nice landscape and beaches.

We just had a wonderful stay at the appartment. From the nice garden you can even see the sea (which I didnt see from the pictures) and it really has a nice atmosphere. There are multiple nice beaches, we liked La Cinta the best to be honest. The owner of the apartment was extremely nice - we had to shift the rental period slightly and he did so without any additional charges - really very very nice. Definitely to be recommended! Thanks for the very nice stay! You should have a rental car though :)

Bellissimo sito immerso in una natura meravigliosa

Tutto bene a parte che l'annuncio dava l'impressione che sia a disposizione degli ospiti tutta la casa. Invece viene messa a disposizione solo il Piano Giardino con poca vista sul mare. Inoltre il soggiorno/cucina e la camera da letto presentano leggero odore di muffa (attenti gli allergici!). L'attrezzatura della cucina è molto completa. A nostro avviso manca una lavastoviglie. Lavare i piatti con la poca luce e disposizione e l'acqua non sempre molto calda risulta talvolta difficile.

Entspannung mitten in der Hochsaison

Das Haus liegt in einer herrlichen Landschaft gelegen abseits und in völliger Ruhe. Es ist mit allem perfekt ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für sechs Personen. Mit dem Auto sind die Strände gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können es nur empfehlen.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giuseppe et son épouse, qui nous ont chaleureusement accueilli à notre arrivée. Le jardin est magique, les enfants ont passé leur temps à escalader les rochers. La localisation parfaite, avec de très belles plages aux alentours. On recommande !

Appartamento perfetto.Pulitissimo,curato,spazioso, silenzioso lontano da strade trafficate,la cucina superaccessoriata ,nn mancava nulla. Il giardino era meraviglioso inserito nella natura sarda fatta di fiori, alberi ,piante grasse e rocce. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Giudizio assolutamente piu che positivo!

Ruhig im Juni.

Die Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert. Mit der Bezahlung über die Bank happerte es sehr (aus CH - 3x Versuch) - aussichtslos, so dass wir schlussendlich vor Ort bar bezahlt haben ( in Absprache mit FeWo direkt). Problemlos. Das Haus hat einen kleinen aber hübschen Garten. Draussen sitzen ist schön - mit viel Mückenspray...im Juni...es war aber auch aussergewöhnlich nass dieses Jahr - hat man uns gesagt! Im Haushalt gab es nichts ausser Geschirr und Tischdecken... dafür gab es sardische Dolces zur Begrüssung… lieb gemeint! Man muss schon ein Auto haben um sich hier frei bewegen zu können. Und um einkaufen zu gehen, wenn man Selbstversorger ist. Es hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe - bis auf eines - man muss sicher auch mit mind. 15 Min. laufen rechnen und im Juni sind die meisten noch geschlossen. Dafür hat man das Naturreservat um San Theodore fast für sich alleine - wunderschön! Die Trennung von Müll war total ok- (man merkt richtig wieviel Müll wir produzieren und dies bewirkt etwas in dir drin)! muss aber selber entsorgt werden, jedoch die Stelle haben wir eine Weile gesucht. Auch das fand ich schlussendlich eine gute Erfahrung (trotz einigen Fluchen)!

Sehr ruhige und schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns alles im Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bei unserer Ankunft war alles frisch geputzt... Auch das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und toll angelegt. Es gibt z.B. eine sichtgeschützte Aussendusche mit warmen Wasser; schattige Plätze; Sessel für draussen, eine kleine Rasenfläche etc. Das Gelände ist von großen Felsen umgeben... Ein toller Ausblick aufs Meer und Berge - Viel Sonne auf der Terasse... Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
