Great location just off of the Gran via.

Be sure you can handle 5 flights of stairs with your luggage. There is no elevator, as it stated. There are several parking lots very nearby, which cost about 27€ to €35 a day. There is a small cooking range and mini fridge, but no oven. So gear your cooking accordingly,if you are going to do any. The quiet and calm of this adorable attic is refreshing after all the hustle and bustle of Madrid. The jet bathtub is absolutely fantastic to just sit and relax in after a long day of adventures. There is a shower in the main room or the bathtub in the bedroom. Across the street, there is a gym and you can pay to use the swimming pool for the day. It is a very elegant and fun place. There are also several mini markets below so that you can pick up food or necessities.

Acogedora y céntrica buhardilla en Madrid

Estudio de una habitación muy cómoda, limpia y muy bien decorada en el centro de Madrid. A un paso de la Gran Vía y muy cerca de todos los sitios de interés turistico a los que se puede ir andando.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Madrid à pied et en métro .. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire du logement 5ème étage d'un ancien immeuble de Madrid tout proche de la Gran Via (place Callao)et surprise avec un ascenseur depuis 2 mois seulement... Sous les combles , il y a vraiment de la place (2 belles pièces) et tout le confort , très propre ..literie top . c'était parfait .. à découvrir et à recommander ..Merci Ana Maria

come sentirsi a casa

la casa è in una posizione centralissima con tutti i servizi necessari, tra cui un mini-market accanto. l'appartamento è al quinto piano senza ascensore ma molto accogliente e caldo e la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, tanto da farci trovare una bottiglia di spumante e dei dolci. Da ritornarci.

Excellent location

I loved my staying at this corner of love. Very close to Gran Via and Puerta del Sol and main plazas. The manager very kind and helpful. The only problem i would say is the stairs. So, if you are Young and like adventures in a low Budget this place is defintely for you. Id love to go back!

Como situación excelente pero como apartamento no lo recomiendo a nadie

Ubicación muy buena , pero antes me cojo un hotel, fuimos 2 adultos y una niña y la verdad q muy justo. La cama incómoda muy duro colchón y para meterte en la cama cuidado con la cabeza es decir fatal. La cocina súper justa solo tenia 3 platos pequeños y vasos....no había sufientes cosas ni para poner una ensalada....la tele aún con tdt y sobretodo 5 pisos a subir sin ascensor....vamos yo no vuelvo ni recomendaré.

Espectacular

Cinco estrellas en todos los aspectos (trato de los dueños, localización, limpieza, instalaciones...), Volveríamos a quedarnos en la buhardilla sin lugar a dudas. Ana es muy atenta y amable. Si vas con tu pareja no puedes encontrar un sitio mejor :)

Excelente!!

Los propietarios se desviven para que disfrutes la estancia. Nos encantó la buhardilla y todo lo que trasmite. La excelente personalidad de Ana está en toda la buhardilla. Es muy acogedora, tiene todas las comodidades y su ubicación es ideal.

Amazing city, great place, lovely owners

Everything is in the title! I spend 3 nights there and I really enjoyed Madrid and this little but so nice flat. Everything there is for relaxation and as it's in the heart of the city, you can do everything just walking. Thanks Ana & Papacito ;-)

Localizado perfectamente

He pasado 3 noches en la buhardilla que he podido difrutar plenamente. La localización es perfecta puesto que está en el barrio de Malasaña, cerca de La Latina, Chueca, barrios en los que me encanta pasar el tiempo cuando estoy en Madrid. En realidad he utilizado la casa sobre todo para dormir puesto que durante el día estaba practimante fuera. Ana María y Francisco han sido muy amables. Lo único que me no me ha parecido práctico es que no tiene ducha, sólo hay un jacuzzi que para tomar una ducha rápida es un poco incómodo.

Una experiencia fantástica en una casa acogedora y unos caseros súper atentos

Estuvimos 4 días en casa de Ana y no tuvimos ninguna queja. La casa es perfecta, acogedora, con unas vistas preciosas y buen aislamiento sonoro. La casera Ana y su marido dos personas encantadoras, muy atentos en todo momento ante la posibilidad de que nos pudiera surgir cualquier problema. Recomendable sin duda!

Trato inmejorable por parte de su dueña;en una buhardilla que lo tiene todo para pasar unos dias en madrid.En pleno centro,limpia,un ambiente difrente y sensual perfecto para parejas!
