renovated fisherman's house in the center of the sands of olonne 200 m from the beach you will do everything on foot (garage for car), the beach, the sea base, embankment, port and restaurants, the smuggler to thatch the market hall and the downtown shops.
The house is very well equipped, the ground floor overlooks a large courtyard facing south, and upstairs 3 beautiful bedrooms. 2 showers and 2 toilets;
the house is terraced and I live in the other part

Tout était parfait : la localisation en hyper centre qui permet de faire plein de choses à pieds, la maison est authentique, agréable à vivre et idéale pour une grande famille (nous étions 5). Séjour Sables d'olonne

Accueil agréable, Nathalie et Christophe sont sympathiques et donnent des bonnes adresses. Logement bien équipé avec garage fort pratique. Proche à pied de tous les centres d'intérêts, nous avons apprécié. En résumé, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci Une petite suggestion : des rideaux ou stores au RDC seraient un plus pour l'intimité

Très bon accueil, maison bien située, Comme stipulé dans l’annonce (2 douches) il manque une salle de bain opérationnelle. Une douche pour 5 personnes un peu léger

maison pleine de charme, pratique et confortable, idéale pour famille et tout amoureux de la mer

Le charme de cette maison de caractère et l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire nous ont permis de passer des vacances très réussies. Toute la famille a trouvé son bonheur, plage à 2 pas pour les enfants et les sportifs, côte sauvage pour les amateurs de calme et des marais à la faune remarquable, restaurants et animation du bord de mer pour la détente. Au Coin de la rue, l'excellente boulangerie permet de contempler la sortie des bateaux en cherchant les croissants du matin, voilà pour résumer cette ambiance inoubliable.
