We had a wonderful vacation here with our family! The house is spacious and attractive. Lots of windows and natural light. The kitchen, dining area is wide open for socializing and meal prep. The living room was large enough to accommodate 6 adults easily. The beds in the three rooms we used were comfortable and queen size, which was great! It was nice to have access to a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, too. The outdoor shower was a bonus for us. West Dennis Beach is an easy walk away with sidewalks.Dan was a great host and responded quickly to our inquiries.Be sure to bring your own sheets and towels.

Dan’s home is one of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed at. It’s comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. It was a perfect home for our christmas family vacation.

Great spot!

Clean, spacious and perfect location to the beach. 5 minute walk to the south village beach which is great and has a few sand bars. Great place to stay for the 4th of July!

The house was lovely and well furnished ... including comfortable beds, sofas and chairs. Dan was great to work with and answered correspondence quickly. Lots of restaurants and activities close by ... whale watching, tidal flats, parks, beach ... Ring Bros. is an excellent grocery and Cuffy's has great clothing and souvenirs.The house has 2 living areas and a large kitchen table which is perfect for meals and game nights. It's well suited to families or groups of friends.The large fenced in yard is great for families with children. The outside seating area is well laid out and comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys are available in the shed.

Amazing stay in the cape!

We had such a great week in West Dennis! It was a close walk to the beach and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The place was clean and the AC worked well. Outdoor shower was amazing. It had everything we needed! Note: you need to bring your own linens & towels :)

Nice House/location Dennisport

This house was perfect for our short stay in Dennisport. The house was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The location is walking distance to a private beach. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Dennisport Cape Cod

Quaint and charming house. 5 min walk to the beach. Dan has beach chairs & beach toys to use at the beach so no need to bring your chairs. House is well stocked. Numerous restaurants nearby as well as a fish market within walking distance to pick up fresh fish to make for dinner. Grocery store is 3 miles away and easy to get to. Enjoyed our week here!

Everything was great. One minor problem was the driveway, there is none. A bit confusing in the beginning. You need to park on Fiddlers Green.

West Dennis Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week in West Dennis. The house is lovely, plenty of room, nicely furnished and the kitchen fully stocked. Location is perfect for beaches, towns, Cape Cod Rail Trail and has a nice neighborhood feel. We enjoyed long walks on West Dennis Beach every day and trying different ice cream places every night. Auntie's in Dennis Port won, hands down! The house does not have access to the private beach at the end of the street, but the public beach one block over is just as nice and even more spacious. Our only problem with the house is that the AC upstairs is pretty weak, but with the windows open and fans, we were fine. Dan, the owner was very nice to deal with and responded quickly to any e-mails.

Cape Cod Vacation

It was a perfect vacation. The house very well located, comfortable and very clean. The house is walking distance to the beach. Our only inconvenience was that we didn’t realize that there was no linens nor towels provided. Thank to Dan, the property manager was able to resolve our the matter.

Clean and comfortable rental

Really nice, comfortable house with very comfortable beds. The ants that others mentioned are still there, but the house is very clean so that did not bother us. The only issue we had was with inconsistently working central A/C, but owner responded immediately to all concerns. Luckily, we were not there during a heat wave. It was comfortable at night with no A/C for a couple of nights when it was glitchy. Well stocked kitchen, easy beach access, the kids loved the outdoor shower!

Dennisport

We travel to the Cape often and always stay in Dennisport. We very much enjoyed our stay this summer and are already looking forward to our next trip back . The house was close to the beach and many good restaurants. While there was still the issue with ants in the kitchen we were prepared and it didn’t impact our visit. The owner was very responsive and otherwise the house was perfect for the whole family.

Great location from our wedding venue. Only thing I missed, we were to supply towels and bedding until a few days before. Coming from Florida, it wasn’t convenient but again, I must have missed it as I did my planning.

Nice property all the comforts of home.

Location was good, not quite as secluded as shown in pictures but close to all needed amenities. House was well stocked and very comfortable. Downstairs shower was tight and would benefit from frosted glass on the window, removal of window curtain and a curved shower curtain rod to make it roomier. Property was clean and well maintained. We did not have the opportunity to use the outside shower due to weather while we were there. Owner was responsive to our inquiries. Wifi worked well. 2-3 blocks walk to the beach. Amenities were easy to drive to. All in all, I would recommend this property.
