This location is perfect to Walk to Tons of Restaurants, Legendary nightlife & Medano Main beach. Movies (with english speaking movies) and a High-end mall just steps away. This unit is one of the few units in the building with a Elevator for easy access through a beautiful 24 hour guarded lobby. Amenities: Kitchenette with Refrigerator, Microwave, coffeemaker, TV and free Wifi, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels and Snorkel Gear.

Cabo for the weekend

Great location right on the marina and a short walk to the beach. Grill and coffee pot were a nice touch. Relatively short walk to anywhere. Only thing I would add would be a beach umbrella and a couple chairs. Almost bought some and donated them.

Our 1st ever VRBO stay!

This place was super sweet!! Close to everything we love down by the marina! Waking distance to all our favorite restaurants & the beach! This location even had loungers, umbrella & coolers that we could carry to the beach 5 min away!! The property managers were really great!! We appreciated the little extra welcome they bought for us!! Thank you s’much!!’

Wonderful location and great space for 2!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at this condo!! It was clean and was equipped with everything stated online. The location is minutes away from tons of restaurants and shopping! 5 minute walk to the beach and good entertainment watching the fishermen cart up Marlins right under your baloncy deck. The AC was really great to have available. Note that being down in the marina, the night life is bumpin and is noisy. If you're a hard sleeper than you'd be fine but if you're light sleeper like me make sure to bring ear plugs or something. The AC helped drown out the noise. I didn't mind it though! The management staff was very nice and helpful and provided an excellent driver to and from the airport that was cheaper than a taxi! Ask for Guillermo's contact. We hope to visit again soon!

Great Location and very Helpful Staff

Amazing location, in front of the marina bay. The VRBO listing shows that the condo is located in a different area and after some trouble finding it I was pleased to learned it was in a better location. The beach is just 5-8 min walk, with bars and restaurants outside this condo. The property owner along with the staff were very helpful when I needed something. The condo was beautiful with a front view to the marina. Excellent place, strongly recommend it!
