Only 5 minutes drive from the lake and town centre, with walking and mountain biking tracks right on the doorstep. The loft apartment has a comfy queen-size bed in the bedroom, and open plan living/kitchen with kitchenette.

This is a new, bright one-bedroom apartment with its own private entrance. The open-plan living area/kitchen has a couch and armchair, 32” flat screen TV (Netflix, Freeview, Youtube and Chromecast), and equipped kitchenette with microwave, convection oven and single-ring induction hob top. Located less than 5km from Wanaka town and lakefront, and across the road from the beautiful Clutha River!
